Chapter 3 - Something remarkable???

Ok so I read the manga and know this isn't 100% accurate but i'm just going with my ideas and I hope you like them. I will kinda try and keep the story line as accurate as the anime/manga but most of the fanfics that are made will be outdated with their conspiracies eventually so yeah please if you don't like then don't read.

No One's POV

The original dragon slayers and Nashi all stand together in the field and stare off into the distance as they witness something remarkable. Dragons fill the sky above them, not only the dragon slayers dragons but multiple other ones too. The majestic creatures fly as if dancing through the sky with their multiple colours creating almost like a rainbow in the sky. Everyone witnessing the scene can't help but gasp in amazement. Then a quick swish, the main seven dragons land before the slayers. Gajeel looks behind him and motions for Ivy to join them, most probably because she too learnt some dragon slaying magic. There is a moment of silence between the dragons and the mages. The extra dragons far in the distance, where they are going who knows. "DAD!" Natsu yells while running towards Igneel making everyone smile and laugh a bit. everyone except Mavis who knows all to well they aren't they just for the sake of saying hello.

"Hello Natsu, nice to see you too." Igneel says a bit taken back by the sudden welcoming. Natsu attached to one of his front legs is soon shaken off. He falls to the ground in a thud and lets out a huff of anger. No sooner does he get a look from Nashi much like the one Lucy gives when she is angry at him and he quickly returns to his spot in the line. He stands there with crossed arms and an angry face but soon after the dragons continue to talk he gets over himself.

"It's great to see you Grandine and fellow dragons but may I ask what brings you here?" Wendy asks in a polite tone. As she has grow she has gotten more old fashioned in the way she talks and exceeds everyone in politeness and lets say vocabulary skills.

"Well we thought you may already know but obviously you don't'. How are those headaches coming along Nashi?" Igneel says promptly. This however surprises Nashi and the other dragon slayers. How did he.....?

"Um it's subsided for the moment but they can get quite bad. How did you know?" Nashi curiously asks.

"Trust me, we are more connected to you guys then you may think." Igneel says. Grandine nods and steps forward to continue Igneels point.

"Even though we aren't always around we still are connected and know most of what is going on in your lives especially when it comes to health. It also would be because of us living inside of you all those years. This tells us when you are fighting and may or may not need some back up force." Grandine says. It's not hard to believe that Wendy is this dragons child. Especially with the way they talk and the level of intelligence. 

"Ok so what's that got to do with you guys coming here?" Nashi asks.

"Oh nothing I just wanted to know how you were. But there is another reason we are here today" Igneel says quite coolly. Leaving Nashi with a face as if to say 'you're kidding me right?'. "We believe Zeref is coming forth to and beginning his final fight. Zeref has been waiting years for the dragon slayers to finally mature and and reach their full natural capacity of strength. He has finally given up on waiting for that day to come so he is starting a war whether you slayers are fully ready or not.

"I don't know whether thats an insult or not. I would like to think we are mature enough. I mean we sure as hell are strong enough." Gajeel says and all the boy dragon slayers cheer in agreement leaving Nashi, Ivy, Wendy and the dragons to sigh and shake their heads in disbelief of their stupidity.

"I would hate to break it to you Gajeel but all of you aren't at your best yet and at this point aren't anywhere close enough to being strong enough to fight. Since we have no idea when Zeref is to start the war then we must start training immediately. Then when ever the war starts hopefully you are all ready. All of you will train with dragons of your element meaning your dragon or your parents dragons." Metalicana addresses the slayers. But his last comment springs a question in Nashi's mind.

"But i'm not a fire element dragon slayer so I can't train with Igneel and dad. How could that work?" Nashi asks.

"Well Nashi don't think we haven't thought of that already. We have another dragon for you to train with and you will meet her tomorrow. As well as Gajeel and Ivy having an extra dragon to train with so they can switch back and forth to Metallicana as well as getting the same amount of intensive training." Igneel says pleasingly. All the dragon slayers stand there with a smile on their face. Excitement and eagerness fills their bellies and they are all fired up for the journey that awaits.

"Hang on, Question. How did Cobra get out of jail?" Sting asks after noticing his presence. The rest of them realize this and ask themselves why they didn't notice.

"We arranged something with the Magic Council. As long as we keep a close eye on him they don't mind" Igneel reassures us. "So tomorrow we will see you bright and early for your first training sessions. See you then and don't be later than 8" He finishes and then the dragons spread their wings to fly off.

"But what about catching up?" Natsu calls up to the dragons.

"We will talk tomorrow Natsu" Igneel says and then the dragon disappear into the sky. Natsu stands there with a sad expression on his face. Nashi comforts him.

"Don't worry dad, we will see them tomorrow as he said. Plus remember that mum is coming back tomorrow as well so thats a double positive." She says with a smile on her face. 

Nashi POV

Time to train ,mum. I'll see you tomorrow.
