Dr Edward:Element 115 is a highly radioactive element and is said to be used by extraterrestrial beings.
Izuku's brain was confused but tried to understand what he was saying.
Inko:Is his quirk dangerous!?
She literally stood up and shook his shoulders
Dr Edward:n-no it's not.
Inko sat back down and sighed in relief.
Hisashi:so what does it do?
Izuku was still shaking in excitement.
Dr Edward:well...he has the power to summon the undead and creatures called hellhounds as well as manipulate reality.
Inko was shocked and terrified while Hisashi...
Hisashi: 'element 115 is that strong?'
Hisashi was thinking if it was a good idea to give this power to izuku.

With that the family left to the car.
Inko:'my son's quirk is...weird if not scary to imagine what would happen if it got out of control'

On the ride home izuku was slightly tired from all the shaking and fell asleep in the back of the car.
Inko:Hisashi is his quirk dangerous?
Hisashi:no inko it's just that his quirk is strange and very strong if not rare.
Inko:our son won't become a villian right?
Hisashi:I'm certain.
Both inko and Hisashi promised to help izuku with his quirk and help him become a great hero.
