(The camera fades from black as the camera pans across some photos on the wall)

Keira: (offscreen) So, is there anyone else you would like to invite to your birthday party?

Maribel: (offscreen) Uh.... Let's see.... Don't forget Louie! Oh, and Marsha! (The camera then fades to her bedroom) I think that's it.

Keira: Are you forgetting anyone else?

Maribel: Nope. I don't think so.

Keira: What about Fernando? I bet he'd like to come.

Maribel: (disappointed) No, not Fernando.

Keira: (offscreen) Why not?

Maribel: Well, he just moved here. So I don't know him very well. And besides, he talks kind of funny.

Keira: Now Junior, he doesn't talk "funny". He just talks different. His family's from another country.

Maribel: Yeah, I know. It still sounds funny.

Keira: You know Junior, God wants us to love everybody, not just the people that are like us. So we need to accept others just the way they are. Besides, we can learn a lot from people who are different from us.

Maribel: Yeah, I suppose. (Tucks herself into bed)

Keira: I'll tell you what, you think about it, and in the morning, we'll talk some more. Okay?

Maribel: (offscreen) Okay.

Keira: Good night, Junior.

Maribel: (to Keira) Good night, Dad.

(The door closes as Keira leaves, Maribel starts pondering her dilemma. But then, lights distract her and the window opens and reveals to be a flying saucer. It flies at Maribel and lands on the floor. Then, green laser beams appear as Dora, Ian, Dorothy and Boots get out of the ship, revealing the tiny little figures into people with galactic outfits. Maribel pops out of the screen, frightened)

Maribel: (frightened) Aaah!! Who are you?!

Dora: I'm Dora. I'm an explorer and I need you help!

Maribel: (directly at the camera, confused) Whoa, déjà vu.
