(The spaceship bring Maribel back home from outer space, and the spaceship goes away out the window)
Maribel: (calls for Keira) Dad, Dad! Come quick!
Keira: What is it? Is something wrong?
Maribel: Uh, no. I just wanted to tell you that I'm going to invite Fernando to my party after all.
Keira: Really, that was quick. What made you change your mind?
Maribel: Well you know, being different can be good. Like maybe if my party is about to be smashed by a giant popcorn ball meteor, Fernando could eat it! Or maybe if the slime monster shows up and squirts all over from us, Fernando could maybe blast it with his x-ray eyes!
Keira: Well, I don't think Fernando can do those kinds of things. But I bet you could teach about his country, and show you the kind of foods he likes to eat. Who knows, you might like it.
Maribel: Yeah, that sounds fun!
Keira: I sure am proud of you for making the right decision. Well, it's time for sleeping. I love you little miss.
Maribel: I love you, big miss.
Keira: See you tomorrow. (Kisses Maribel on the forehead)
Maribel: Okay.
(Keira turns off the light, closing the door. Maribel sits on her bed, then the spaceship came to see her)
Maribel: What? What is it now?
Dora: Uh, well, Lieutenant Boots here dropped our map right out of the spaceship.
Boots: Sorry.
Dora: And, uh, we are wondering if you could just give us directions to the freeway? I think we can make it from there.
Maribel: Out the window, down the street, left at Mr. Slushy.
Dora: Great. Thanks.
Boots: That's what I said, I said left at Mr. Slushy.
(The instrumental music of "I Can Be Your Friend" begins playing at the end)
Dora: Oh, no, you said right. I distinctly
remembering you saying right at Mr. Slushy.
(The spaceship goes out the window)
Boots: Why would I say that? That'd be... that'd be crazy! I'm kind of thirsty. Can we stop at Mr. Slushy?
Ian: No, we need that money for toll.
(The scene then fades to black, as the instrumental music of "I Can Be Your Friend" ends as well as the story)
