moving quickly

Darks POV:

"I beg your pardon?"
He had only just kissed me, now I know I'm not very educated in love at all. I don't know one bit about how to experience it or how quickly it moves .
But surely he didnt fall for me after that one kiss?

" I..I love you. Dark. " he seemed either uncertain or afraid of his own words, just letting his mouth run

" you can't love me, we've only just kissed. That's one romantic thing. You can't fall after one kiss, wil."

I watched him carefully as his face dropped and he let out a sigh,

" that's.. that's really not how it works Dark..besides I haven't only just fallen in love with you! I have been for the longest time. Ever since I've known you..well..feels like I've loved you before I knew you really.."

I dont know how to respond. I feel the red side of my aura twinge , a tugging sensation runs through my shoulder as if someone had flinched and nudged me. Celine.

She isnt as active as Damien is, but I feel like she understood what he meant. He doesn't remember being inlove with her, but his emotions are still strong.

So are hers. So are mine.

"..I'm in love with you too wil. I dont know what it is about you..but your..captivating..attractive...I.."
I shouldn't fluster him. But it seems like his face has already turned pink

My cheeks have warmed more too.

This was a love confession afterall. 

Hes deep in thought for a moment, his eyes suddenly flickering with joy and he perks up,
"We're in love Dark! Isnt that amazing? Oh wow after fawning after you for so long and here we are!"

He clasps his hands together and grins. His shoulders lifting in pure amusement of it all.

" I suppose..it does feel quite mesmerising."

He chuckles and nudges me with his shoulder,
" no need to be so formal Dark!..oh oh when can we hold hands in public? Or..call eachother cute pet names?..or..or.."

He begins to list of public displays of affection and things that would shove our relationship status into peoples faces

" wil.."

" oh we could give eachother little gifts all the time-"
He was too excited to listen.

"..wil.."

" get cute pink and black engagement rings-"

" William!"

He pauses almost immediately. I only call him that when I am yelling at him  for doing something ridiculous, or if I'm having a terrible day. It silences him very quickly.

" Slow down. You're moving so quickly, we've only just confessed and I need time to process all..this."
I gesture to the both of us.

I haven't been in a relationship before , Celine and Damien have but unfortunately they didn't pass on that quality.

I doubt it will be like normal couples anyway, Wil is always odd in every way I doubt our relationship will be the exception. 

" okay okay..." he isnt disheartened at all, another quality I value in him since I am quite harsh at times

" but are we boyfriends now?"

I freeze, staring at his puppy dog eyes and hopeful smile while I render the question.
How could i say no when I was so inlove with him.
