I woke up around 8 am, soon realizing that I still had the sleeping girl on my lap. She looked so peaceful, but kinda terrifying with her hair messed up like that. I shifted slightly, trying to get more comfortable, but she moved her head and reached her arms out to grab mine.
    I froze.
    I can't.
She's so cute.
God, I hate hormones. My face was redder than a tomato as I facepalmed.
I look up at the TV only to see that Markiplier was still on, seeing youtube never took the chance to pause itself like Netflix. Grabbing my phone with my free arm, I begin to play one of my games I had downloaded in hopes of taking my mind off things.
Then she woke up. As her head laid in my lap, her eyes looked up at mine. After a second of her rubbing her eyes, they widened and she bolted up, almost knocking my phone out of my hand.
"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to fall asleep on you!" She spoke frantically, standing up. I rub my eyes and smile gently.
"Don't worry about it. It got pretty cold last night so you kept me warm." I said in my usual monotonous voice.
A blush crept onto her face as she looked into the kitchen, seeing her cat waiting for his food.
She walked off into the kitchen and fed her. I took this opportunity to stand up and stretch, my shirt slightly lifting up as I did so.
"Do you want anything to eat?" She asked from the kitchen.
"Sure." I say.
She smiles and pats one of her barstools, so I walk over and sit down. I watch as she quickly walks around the kitchen, preparing breakfast. Every now and then she'd fumble something in her hands or almost trip, to which she'd laugh about.
As she placed a plate of pancakes and sausage in front of me, I smiled at her, saying my thanks before eating. She sat down next to me and began to eat as she scrolled through her phone. After a few minutes, I had finished my breakfast and began walking over to the sink.
"I have practice today, so I should leave." I say, washing my dish.
"Oh, you don't have to wash that, I can get it-" She says, waddling over. I smile gently as I lift up my book bag and slide on my shoes.
"Well, I hope you do your best!" She says, doing her oh-so-famous closed eye, head tilt, and smile combo, striking my heart like a thousand arrows of utter cuteness. I would have began crying if I didn't hold my emotions back with a hand to my chest.
I nod and smile before waving, walking out the door and down the road back to my house.
It's final. I'm gonna marry her one day.
