"Sophie! Wait up!" I could recognise that voice from anywhere, I thought. Biana came rushing through the door to the level 7 tower, " Remember, tonight is the night! We get to all get our matchmaking scroll! And we get to see the guys! Come over to Everglen the minute you have finished packing!" Said Biana gleefully.

"I won't forgot, don't worry." I responded. I gave her a quick goodbye hug before running to the leapmaster to get home. "HAVENFIELD!" I yelled as a glittering crystal cascaded down and cast a beam of light in front of me. I took a deep breath and stepped into the beam of light, excited to see my parents.

"Sophie!" Yelled my adopted Mom, Edaline. I started running towards the pastures where Mom and Dad were.

"Hi Mom! Hi Dad!" I said giving the biggest hug in the world. "How are you?" I asked.

"Eh, same as always, but seeing you makes it even better!" Said my adopted Dad, Grady.

"I missed you so much sweetie! I made some mallowmelt if you want it, its just in the kitchen. But, you have been standing out here for about 10 minutes and I thought you were going to Everglen..." Started Mom.

"Oh shoot! I'll see you guys tomorrow!" I swear, I've never run that fast in my life, Biana is gonna kill me. I packed all of my things into my duffle bag and ran upstairs to the leapmaster. "EVERGLEN!" I practically screamed. The second the beam of light was there, it was gone.

"SOPHIE!!" Yelled Biana. I looked around, uh oh, where on earth is she? I asked myself. "Over here!" Yelled another voice. When I heard the melodic voice of Lihn, I spun around so fast I got dizzy, I would have fallen flat on my butt if a pair of masculine arms hadn't of caught me.

"Fitz!" I said. I jumped to my feet and wrapped my arms around his neck squeezing him so tight. Someone giggled, probably Biana, but I didn't care, I hadn't seen Fitz or Keefe or Tam or Dex in a little over a year.

"Nice to see you too." Said Fitz, wrapping his arms around my waist. Someone cleared their throat and I turned around to see Tam, getting equally as squeezed from Biana. Lihn was running towards us from a tree, which the girls had obviously been sitting in. When Keefe appeared slightly to the side of Tam, Lihn squeaked and sprinted over to hug him.

"Is it a friend reuni- oof!" Keefe hadn't expected Lihn to tackle hug him so he lost his balance falling flat on the floor. Everyone burst out giggling.

After a while of hugging we all rotated so everyone got a hug.

"Ok so let me show you guys where you will be staying." Exclaimed Biana. Everyone followed her into the mansion-like house, upstairs, down a long corridor where two big brown doors rested at the end of the hallway, side by side. "Boy's on the left, girls on the right" Said Biana.

"Ok so everyone put their stuff away then meet in the lounge in 10?" Asked Fitz

"Sure!" Said Lihn, Sophie and Biana in unison

~5 minutes later~

"Biana! You have such a big room!" Lihn half-yelled from the walk-in-wardrobe, which was easily the same size as my entire room.

"Puh-Lease, have you seen Sophie's?" Replied Biana with a sassy attitude. I giggled.

"My entire room could fit in your bathroom. Like how much shampoo does a girl need?" My statement made everyone howl with laughter.

"Everything okay in here?" Asked Fitz who had poked his head through the door. No one could answer since we were all still crying from laughing so hard.

"Yeah," I half squeaked before tripping over and landing on the bed. That just seemed to make things every worse, Lihn had braced herself on the door of the wardrobe and Biana was folded over standing by her nightstand.

"Okay, well, come to the lounge when you have finished whatever THAT is!"Exclaimed Keefe from behind Fitz somewhere. The boys left, closing the door behind them. After our laughter had gone, we all stopped.

"Where are Dex and Marella?" I haven't seen them in forever and they are taking even longer to get here already!" Asked Lihn, Biana and I shrugged.

"I saw Dex the other day at slurps and burps the other day when I was looking for a prank supply to put in my stash and Marella literally bumped into me running for class but other than that I haven't seen them either." Biana said. The girls both looked at me.

"What?" I asked, I was genuinely confused. The girls shared a look.

"Your Dex's cousin, you should be the one that has seen him the most." Said Lihn informatively.

"I actually haven't seen him since..." I couldn't remember to be 100% honest. "Since welcoming ceremonies." I finished.

"Wow. Even I've seen him since then." Said Biana sincerely. "Bing! Bing! Bing!" Biana's imparter was ringing. She swiped left to accept it and Dex's face appeared on the screen, "Speak of the devil." Murmured Lihn, making Biana and I chuckle.

"Hi! Marella and I are at the- where'd she go?" Dex's face screamed ✨confusion✨

"I think she's coming to the gate. She kinda just jumped and ran." I explained.

"Oh okay! Yep, she's coming I see her now. See you guys in a sec." Biana's imparter went blank.

"Let's go to the lounge! I can't wait to see everyone!" Squealed Lihn. We ran out of Biana's room and around the upstairs portion of the house to find the lounge. Finally, we found the guys chilling on a few couches and sat down with them. I sat next to Fitz, he tangled his hand in mine as I rested my head on his shoulder.

"Awww, why look at you two love birds." Teased Keefe, this time, I didn't flinch. The only name I wanted to see on my matchmaking scroll was Fitz. I could only hope he wanted the same...

Okay so I honestly don't know if I like where this is going so I'm so so so sorry I'm advance if I just stop writing this, I give you full permission to use my idea of I stop writing, I will let you guys know if I am going to stop though so don't worry. (1102 words)
