" How old is Ultear ? "
This question was asked by @Otaku-con , i unfortunately haven't got a direct answer for your question but i have done alot of research and found a little information , i hope this can help you answer your question.
This link below shows that it is unknown what Ultears age is but they say that she looks like shes in her 20s : http://anime-showdown.wikispaces.com/Character+Profile+-+Ultear+Milkovich , but this may be not true since this is only a easement after her looks .
I have also found a quote from somebody asking/answering this question :
"I've always thought she was at least in the middle of her 20's, and Ur was maybe 20 years older (making her in the 30's when she died, just quite good-looking for her age). That suspicion she almost confirms by later saying she is the oldest of the Seven Kin.But then in her flashback, when she sees Gray and Lyon with Ur, she looks no older than them. This would make her about 18 in present time. Can this really be true or did I overlook something?
Also, in Meredy's flashback she looks almost the same age and she is now. And supposing Meredy is early puberty right now (about 13), she would be about 5 in the flashback, and Ultear would be about 10 then. A 10-year old looking like a grown-up woman? And that 10-year old girl looking a normal 8-year old girl 2 years before? And how about people like Azuma and Kain Hikaru? Are they only about 16-17 then? Makes no freakin' sense. Is it simply a plot hole made by that stupid flashback, or can anyone explain it?"
