When he was talking I felt so bad I am the one that is keeping the secret but if he finds out he with just pity me and I don't want that. I was about to say something when Harry spoke up
H: there is something but it is not our thing to tell and that person will tell you when they are ready
Wait does he know about the tumor
T: who is they?
It got really quiet for a minute then Nikki spoke up
N: me
Wait what. We all looked at her like she was crazy
T: what are you hiding then
N: umm......that I....umm....
Y: she is lying I am the one hiding something
Tom quickly looked at me in the back of the room with a very worried look
N: you don't have to tell him
Y: I am going to have to in a week anyways so might I well now
T: what is it
Y: ummmm......I might have a.....brain tumor
Tom's eyes got really wide like he just saw a ghost
T: why tell me in a week
Y: because that's when I find out for sure
T: well till you find out I will be by your side
Y: thank you
I hugged him but then remembered something. I turned to Harry
Y: how did you know
He got very nervous
H: umm it's all Paddy's fault
Y: wait you knew too
P: well so did Sam
S: hey I am trying to stay out of this conversation
Y: well your not doing a good job, But still how did you find out
P: well I might have over heard your conversation with mum and then told them
Y: so you were spying
P: ummm....this....shirt is very.....very blue
We all started laughing at what he said. I don't want to do that MRI in a week
*one week later*
Today is the day o get my MRI. I have been spending so much time with the Holland's while Kasey is at work. Tom has invited himself to tag along for the MRI so I am not doing it alone. Right now we are on our way to the hospital
T: are you ready
Y: yeah sure I am ready to be laying down in a tub shaped thing for like an hour
T: I can sense the sarcasm in your voice
Y: really how
T: ok now it is just getting annoying
I did not answer him and just kept on looking at the road. We are finally at the hospital. When we get in they tell to sit down. I take Tom's hand so that I am not even more nervous. They called us back and I got into my hospital gown thing. When we get to the room Tom sits in a chair in the room
Dr: ok we are going to put a IV in that helps light up your brain so we see everything better. Now you should taste something sour
When they put it in it felt so weird and kind of painful but now to much
Dr: ok lay down and be completely still so that the picture comes out perfect
Y: ok
When I they down the put me into the machine and it is very weird. It was about 15 minutes later when they pulled me out a little bit and put some more liquid in. Then another 15 minutes went by and they pulled me all the way out and took out my IV
Dr: ok you are good to go change
Tom walked up next to me while I was getting up and I got up to fast and I almost fell but Tom bought me
Dr: maybe get up slowly
I just shook my head ok. I went and got changed then went to see the doctor again so they can tell me more info
Dr: ok Ms.y/l/n we will call you in about a week to tell you the results
Y: ok thank you so much
Dr: your welcome you can leave now
Me and Tom went back to the car and headed home I fell asleep on the way home thinking about what the results are going to be.
