The Washington Heist (Prologue)

In the marine corp, you deal with the chain of command. Mistakes get made, but you deal with them. You know what you're fighting for and that you're on the same team. But dealing with corruption is like chasing shadows. You never know whether the guy you're talking to is on the path or whether it's your partner or maybe even the watch commander.

It was a normal day for Benjamin Schultz a 23 year old officer of his police career; while he was on his normal shift patrol with his partner Jonathan Critchlow a 21 year old officer new to his police career they were notified when the radio shouted...

"All units 10-35 we got a bank robbery on F.C Washington bank on Monroe St. i repeat All units 10-35 bank robbery on F.C Washington bank copy"

Ben: This is Car11k, Car11k copy that we are now enroute to the location.(turns on siren)

Jonathan: Ah finally a bank robbery its going to be my first time to fire this baby!

Ben: Keep the thrill jonathan its not a toy for a 7 year old lad and dont use it like a normal stick.

Jonathan: Ahh alright.... (jonathan removes his gun from his holster) it just looks like a Petunia in the training before.

Time skip:As the two officers arrived at the location, they heard gunshots from both sides of the police and robbers

Officer Davis: Ben! Jonathan! get in here! we got 7 men inside and out of the bank they got high firearms...we got 3 officers down!

Ben: Crap! we gotta get past that machine gunner over the roof!

Jonathan:Ben! we got 2 more officers down!

Ben: Get backup and call an ambulance! the rest cover me!

Jonathan: Yes Sir!

As the machine gunner stopped firing,Benjamin started charging to the bank's main doors while the police immediately took down the machine gunner,

as Benjamin entered the main entrance he heard people screaming on the 2nd floor of the building he immediately sweeped off 3 robbers at the first floor,as the backup arrived they immediately pushed through the 2nd floor taking down half of the robbers except the last one for taking a woman as hostage...

Robber: Get your guns down dipsh*ts or I'l blow up her head!

The cops did lower their weapons but not Benjamin which made the robber notice him

Robber: Hey, you! Put the goddamn gun you son of a b*tch or I'l blow her up!

Benjamin: Alright, alright! (Lowers his gun)

3 Minutes had passed and Ben waiting for the momentum to draw his weapon when the robber, loses his grip on the weapon he immediately drew his weapon and shot the robber's gun with a Government Model M1911 pistol which leaves the robber to be disarmed and soon arrested...

Timeskip: Wilshire, Central Police Department

Ben: Sir! You have requested me to proceed to your office (*hand salutes*)

Col.Saunders: Indeed (*hand salutes*) takes a seat young school we have some things to discuss

Col.Saunders: lately we had one of our latest and valuable detectives found dead during the 25th January 1930 at around 12 midnight during his investigation on an arsonist desk

Ben: Sir?

Col.Saunders: after this tragedy, we decided to find a replacement for his Investigatory Career and as we reviewed your grades in the criminology exams it is exceptional; therefore young Schultz I would like to give you the promotion of becoming a Criminal Investigator (Detective) for the Arsons Desk..

Ben: But sir! I haven't had any experiences of any sort of investigative career, I wouldn't accept this!

Col.Saunders: do not worry young Schultz your partner will help you in this journey of yours; despite the fact he worked for the Arson desk for 3 years and add to the table this is just one of the Early Crimes of the 30's
