She's used to doing his back work after he's all burnt out and can't work anymore, which is why God let's her help him when he knows he's reached his work level and hands his work over to his ever so competent right hand Angel to finish his work, but he usually doesn't force her to work she just likes to help her boss whenever she can and is needed.
