11. The Invitation

You two were going to sleep while Chanyeol started to talk about the invitation as he also received one directly from the Daegu Kingdom.

"Y/n I also got the invitation, it'll be good if you decide to attend your best friend's wedding. You'll get a chance to reunite with her after a long time. Then why don't you just say Yes.?" Chanyeol asked.

"I just don't want to, Beside she also didn't attended my wedding." You lied.

"Oh that's the reason , maybe she wanted to come but couldn't make it but if you have the chance now, then why don't you just use it. Let bygone be bygones." Chanyeol insist.

"I'll think about it later. Let me just sleep for now." You make excuse and turn to the other side. but you didn't sleep. As you couldn't make a decision whether you want to attend the wedding or not.

After 10 mins...

Chanyeol already went to sleep.

Y/n's POV.
I want to attend the wedding to show Seulgi that I'm not mad at her and sort out many misunderstanding between us but on the other hand It Kim Jong In my ex with whom She's getting married. It would be awkward to death. And I just don't want to face him.
Y/n do you have still feelings for him? I asked to myself.

I don't know why, but I think I would cry If I see him again.
It wasn't me who was willing to end this relationship but I was forced to.
But When I said I was forced to It remind me about Chanyeol.

I turn my head and looked at him sleeping, he was lightly snoring and lips partly open.
I used to think it was going to be a burden living with you under the same roof but you proved me wrong.
Thanks for understanding my feelings.
I touched his cheeks and caressed it lightly. After living with you for few months I  came to know that,You're really a good person Chanyeol , and an ideal type of many girls out there but you shouldn't have forced me into this marriage.

I don't know why, I'm so confused sometimes it feels that;  I've already fallen for you. But if I was in love with you there wouldn't be any confusions. I hope all these confusions to be solved soon.

You woke up earlier today, you get off the bed quickly and went to take shower.

You went out the shower and saw Chanyeol was still sleeping.
You dried your hair with a towel and decided to wake him up his back was facing you.
"Chanyeol !" you called out his name.
But he didn't even budged.
You were hesitant to touch him but you shrugged it off and grasp the side of his arm and shake him.

He slowly opened his eyes and smiled at the sight of you.

"Good morning wifeu." He greeted as he pulled you towards him as he sat up on the bed pulling you into his embrace as you sat on the edge of the bed . Now, Your back was facing him as he pulled you into a back hug.

"W-what a-re you doing Chanyeol. You should get ready or else you'll be late." I hesitate at first as I stuttered, but then his hug was giving me warmth and I began to feel too  comfortable to protest.

Chanyeol's POV.

"Just stay like this for a while please." I pleaded.

As she didn't say anything or even protested on my action so, I took it as a Yes.

I hugged her tightly one hand on her neck and the other one on her waist.
I felt like she leaned back on me.

I let go of her and Suddenly kissed her Cheek and stood up as she looked surprised by my sudden action but she didn't say anything.
I think she's gonna accept me soon. I'm so happy I thought to myself and went take shower.
