"Your highness,
Prince Park from Hanuel kingdom has arrived in his royal carriage. And The queen is asking you to come downstairs" said your lady-in-wait.
With your heavy heart you sighed heavily preparing yourself mentally.
As it was your first time meeting him your parents asked you to show him your palace in order to spend some time alone with him and getting to know each other.
Both of you were sitting on a bench in your royal garden.
Prince chanyeol started in order to lessen the awkward atmosphere "You Don't have anything to say?! You must be feeling shy as it's our first meeting." He continued with a sincere smile "But I have something to confess!"
The word 'confess' caught your attention and you motioned him to continue.
He started scratching his nape slightly "Well this is not the first time I saw you. I've seen you before when I came in your royal ball which was held for your birthday. It might sound fake but I fell in love with you at that first sight!" He confessed with a tint of pink on his milky cheeks.
"WHAT?!" You screamed as shock was completed written on your face.
"Yes! I even talked to my mom that I wanted to marry you and she convinced my my dad for asking your hand!" He replied happily.
Tears formed in your eyes as you looked at him with your fierce eyes.
"Why did you do it ?! You don't have any idea what you've done! " You screamed and cried at the same time.
He was clueless as what made you so mad at him he was trying to calm you down but it was of no use.
You stood up from the bench and kept your voice low but aggressive "If you wouldn't have fall for me in that so called 'first sight' none of this would be happening right now! Why did you asked your mother to convince the king for this marriage ?! Why ?! I hate you Park Chanyeol!"
"Y/N calm down we can solve it together right ?
And you tell me ... Is it wrong to fall in love with someone?!" He asked gently holding your hands.
"Yes! It is ! Love can only make you suffer!
And you wanna solve this problem right?! Okay then go and ask your dad and you don't wanna marry me and convince him not to.declare a war on us! " You retorted folding your arms across your chest.
He let go of your hand and sighed heavily " Y/N it's too late to do that! Everyone knows about this marriage and moreover I cannot make my Father disappointed in me." He continued with sincerity in his eyes "But one thing I can promise that after marriage I won't force you to do anything until you fall in love with me."
You snickered " Fall in love ?! With you huh?! How can you expect me after knowing that you were the reason that my life got ruined! I promise myself
I'm gonna hate you till forever!"
He sighed , tears forming and sadness visible in his eyes but he quickly covered it with a cheerful smile and said "Let's see how long you can resist me" he winked before turning back and entering towards the castle.
