2) Expectation

when it comes to life we've always had people who set expectations for us, parents, carers, friends & teachers, the audience of our life story that make us set expectations of others too, it's like a problem that gets solved with a problem which doesn't make anything better in the process

since our world has so many people in it we should be able to learn from others by supporting and understanding one another but since everyone has their story to tell, they still hide it from people, but why? just because it's a hard thing to notice?

that's why i wanted to talk about getting crushed by expectations

have you ever met a person that you think you know everything about, their personality and how they act around every person, that you do or don't know... have you ever considered or noticed that you're actually labeling and stereotyping their personality or anything else that you ever expected from that person

and yet we still wonder how people don't understand that the things that were right in front us the whole time would change that person, their world view, philosophy and ideology, but we never acknowledged the fact that it was there, and there would be no turning back... judgement that we put on others somehow makes us confused and surprised about what their feeling, what did you expect? them to carry on living their life hiding their pain and what's going on inside their mind just because you expect them to do so? everyone has a breaking point, if you never thought that way have you ever even considered that person or those people you judge to be human, a person with realistic emotions? or did you think you could read people as easy as an open book? even though that book is closed

the thing is that many people are standing on a rope in the mountains where they see everything around them as "people give me praise and compliments, if i fuck up i'm gone", those unhealthy thought processes that creates pressure and are a latch on point for anxiety, the pressure to excel, to achieve, to win. but there are points where those people begin to stumble by multiple incidents large or small until they're sick of being subjected to all those expectations no matter how much they believed in themselves

mostly a lot of us fall like this even though we're not expected to, when we don't want anything else other than being understood, and acknowledged for having vulnerable sides too.

This was just a rant so if you don't understand it feel free to ask questions
