Ella's POV
After drying off. Me and Kaya though we mightgo to a club down town. I pick out a pick and silver dress with silver heels to match, and yes this was packed in my bag. I got changed and did my makeup and Kaya did my hair. After we were ready we walked out of the room. Soon the boy I leared to be Ki - Hong ran past us.
"Ki! what are you doing?" Kaya shouts.
"We're playing a game!!!" he shouts back as we get in the elevator. I laugh and so does she we walk down the street to a small club called "Little Red Stick." We walk in and sudden get hit with the strong smell of alchol hit them. It was only 6pm but people were already pass out drunk on the floor. We walked up to the bar and I ordered a Coors Lite and Kaya ordered a margarita. We got our drinks and sat down. We chated for a bit and half way through my first drink they said they were doing karioke. A couple people did it and then I went up and told the man the song I wanted to sing then he anounced.
"We need a man to sing with this lovely young lady." He said over the speakers. Soon a young man with messy dark brown hair walked up. He wasn't drunk or anything he seemed sweet. He extended his hand to me and introduced himself.
"Hey! I'm George!" He said. I smile when I noticed his accent was the same as mine.
"Hi, Ella!" I introduced myself then the music to Whisky Lulaby came one. He started.
Boy
She put him out like the burnin' end of a midnight cigarette
She broke his heart he spent his whole life tryin' to forget
We watched him drink his pain away a little at a time
But he never could get drunk enough to get her off his mind
Until the nightBoth
He put that bottle to his head and pulled the trigger
And finally drank away her memory
Life is short but this time it was bigger
Than the strength he had to get up off his knees
We found him with his face down in the pillow
With a note that said I'll love her till I die
And when we buried him beneath the willow
The angels sang a whiskey lullabyla la la la la la la, la la la la la la la
Girl
The rumors flew but nobody knew how much she blamed herself
For years and years she tried to hide the whiskey on her breath
She finally drank her pain away a little at a time
But she never could get drunk enough to get him off her mind
Until the nightBoth
She put that bottle to her head and pulled the trigger
And finally drank away his memory
Life is short but this time it was bigger
Than the strength she had to get up off her knees
We found her with her face down in the pillow
Clinging to his picture for dear life
We laid her next to him beneath the willow
While the angels sang a whiskey lullabyla la la la la la la, la la la la la la la
la la la la la la la, la la la la la la la
"You're a really good singer you should keep doing it!" George smiled at me. I walked back to my table with a tipsy Kaya.
"Hey let's go back and have a sleep over!" Kaya told me. I agreed and we headed out.
