crush ( Richie + Eddie )

*flashback*

Richie had never felt more stupid then he did just then reading Eddie's diary. of course eddie, his crush for years now, has a crush on a girl.

richie knew the possibilities of eddie being gay or even liking men at all was slim, but confirming it mad it sting harder.

Richie felt tears roll down his cheeks and stain the pages on the book, but he couldnt help but keep reading.

he talked about her long black curls and her beautiful grey eyes behind her glasses that suit her face so well, reading about eddie gush over a girl killed richie inside, but he had to pull himself together, for his friend was on the way back to his room.

richie closed the dairy and whipped away his tears, taking deep breaths and pacing around eddies room to compose himself.

he looked at some pictures on the wall to not seem suspicious, and then the boy walked in.

*flashback over*

Eddie started to get cold, it was noticable, so richie gave him his denim jacket.

immediately the smell of lavender, cheap cologne and cigarettes filled eddies nose and infected his mind, he was thankfull but tried playing it off like he didnt care.

"Ew, I dont want your gross jacket, it probably has aids and i know youve never washed this before" eddie says playing the roll pretty well.

"Calm down, you know you want it now take it, end i do wash it, more then youd think" richie weakly laughs, trying to come off as his cheery normal self, but failing horribly.

eddie can tell somethings bothing the boy and at first he just assumes its his parents, but decides to ask because sometimes talking about it can help.

"hey rich.. whats wrong.? i can tell theres somthing wrong and if you say its nothing im just gonna keep bugging you tell you tell me" eddie tried to come off as calm at first ended up being more direct then he thought.

Richie didnt know what to say, he couldnt just tell him he read his dairy and found out he loves some girl named 'rachel' instead of him.

"im just tired, havent slept yet, do you think i could stay the night?" richie asks, afraid he'll say no makinh him go back to his own house and face his family alone. without eddie.

"of course rich, you can stay as long as you need" eddie looks over at richie and they smile at eachother...
