I look over at my mom and grandmother for a split second. Right before I can smile at them the gun fires. "Bang" it roars. I glimpse around to see everyone take off and I immediately follow. Running is all I can think of. "I need to run this whole marathon, no walking." I say to myself. As I run around the corner I see a very handsome, but worried man. It looks as if he presses a button. I hear a huge noise. It's the scariest sound I have ever heard. I realize what it was and scream. I turn around and run toward where the bomb went off. I need to find my mom and grandmother. I start running. As I look to my left I see my mom screaming and crying for help. As I run over there I see my grandmother lying on the ground. She's bloody and barely breathing. She looks up at my mother and says "Laura, I love you." my mom starts crying. "No mom. No. You can't go. Not now." My grandmother sighs and turns to me, struggling on her words. "Tatum, continue your nursing school in college. I hope you find a husband one day and have beautiful kids. I love you." I look at her and realize what is happening. She's about to die. I lay her head on my legs and hug her. "Help! Help! We need help!" I scream loudly but nobody comes. I look around and realize that I am not the only one hoping for help. There are lots of crying screams coming from every spot on the bloody street. As soon as help arrives she has already stopped breathing. I scream a very loud cry. My grandmother just died in my arms. This can't be real. I think about the worried man. He couldn't have been the man who did this. No. No way.
