"I never broke up with him because he's always been my friend. If I broke up with him, he'd be shattered!" Mina said frantically, looking up a Denki.

"That's a stupid reason. Mina, you're my best friend. In the whole entire world. You have to drop Sero, you matter before him!" Denki exclaimed, his voice incredulous.

"No, I don't! I have to make sure he's okay. I don't want him to hurt because of me." Mina said, smiling innocently.

This girl is too good. Denki thought, hardening his gaze on the alien queen. "Mina. You deserve better than him, I already told you."

Mina sighed, rolling her eyes. "No, he's perfect for me. He's really sweet and caring, he just gets upset easily! I'm annoying, and I tick him off. It's whatever." She brushed it off.

"Jesus-fuck, Mina, what the hell? Nobody who's in love with you will slap you." Denki growled, pinching the bridge of his nose. Mina frowned at him. She stood from the bed, crossing her arms.

"I don't need your approval. You're not my dad." Mina snarled. With that, she stormed out of the electric boi's room, slamming his door. Denki flinched at the slam, and he sighed, rubbing his eyes.

"Jesus Christ Mina. If only you knew how much I fucking love you..." Denki sighed shakily as his eyes began to heavily water.

Meanwhile, Mina was storming up to her dorm. She was angry at her best friend that he wouldn't accept her relationship. But, it got her thinking; was she the happiest she could be?

If it were between life or death, Mina would say no. No she wasn't. But she could deal with it, as long as Sero was alive and happy. She would put herself at risk for him.

She reached her dorm, her stride slowly for to a calm walk. She hadn't seen Sero since school ended, which she found odd. He always followed at her heels as if he didn't trust her enough to be alone.

Mina sighed as she unlocked and opened the door to her dorm. She plopped onto her bed, and that is when she realized.

She was still wearing Denki's hoodie.

Her face flushed a darker pink than her skin, and she brought the collar up to her nose. She loved Denki's smell; she also didn't care how weird that sounded.

A giddy smile appeared on her face as she inhaled her best friend's scent.

Do... I have a crush on Denki? She questioned, her eyes widening. Absolutely the hell not! He's my best friend, and plus I have Sero. I don't need to crush on Denki, I have a perfect boyfriend.

Mina spent the whole night not on her phone, nor sleeping, but instead, pathetically attempting to convince herself that she didn't like Denki like that. She ended up convincing herself.

Which is where shit starts to get hella complicated.
