On the fence

> New Beginning <

Hinata spent the rest of his weekend packing up with his mom, it took a while since he had to help natsu aswell. It was Sunday night now, everything was packed up and they were ready to go. His mom walked into Shoyo's soon to be old room with a smile. " shoyo.. its time to go ok?? " she told her son as she walked out into the living room, heading to the car. Shoyo sighed getting off the floor, looking out of his window " Goodbye.. Karasuno.. " he said as he sniffled a little bit. He then let out one more sigh before leaving his old home.

Shoyo decided to sleep the car ride to where ever he was going, He still hadn't asked his mom where it was yet, but he didn't care. The drive wasn't that long, where they were heading was still in the same prefecture of Karasuno. His mom smiled as she got out of the car, " Shoyo wake up. we are here " she said as she shook him a little bit. Hinata woke up with a slight groan, rubbing his eyes "..o..ok " he said drowsily. He got out of the car, and walked into their new house.. not really looking at it. His mom smiled " Shoyo, your room is in there ok?? " She said pointing to a room on the left. Shoyo nodded, and then went into his room, smiling when he saw there was already a bed in there. He laid down on the bed slowly falling asleep again.

In the morning

Shoyo woke up, looking at his phone to check what day it was again " oh yeah.. its monday " he said to himself as he streched, and got out of bed. ' hmm... i wonder what school im going to... ' he thought to himself as he walked into the kitchen. he smiled when he saw that his mom made his favorite, Tamago kake gohan. " thank you mom!! " he said with a big smile as he started to eat. After he finished eating he went into the restroom, and started to get ready for the day. Shoyo brushed his teeth, took a shower, combed his hair, and changed into his new school uniform. he looked at himself in the mirror, trying to figure out what school had this uniform. ' seems familiar ' he thought to himself.

He shuggred the thought off as he walked outside and to his moms car, ' guess ill be finding out soon anyways ' hinata thought as he opened the car door and sat down. His mother started to drive to the new school a small smile on her face. Shoyo looked out the window the entire ride smiling at some of the scenery. after about 10 minutes they had arrrived at the new school. HInata turned away from the window and gasped when he saw what the school he was atttending was "...aoba johsai.. " Hinata was a little shocked about it.

He waved goodbye to his mother as he then walked into the school, it was so big he wasnt sure where to go and looked around looking like a lost puppy. He felt someone touch his back and he gasped at first turning around in fright. he let out a relived sigh when he realized it was Oikawa-San. " Chibi-Chan? What are you doing here ? " Oikawa asked raising his eye brow. " oh- oh um.. my mom got a new job so i had to .. um switch schools.." Hinata said very nervous. Oikawa smiled a bit " oh so you must be the new person on the team!! im glad! " Oikawa said with a smile as he patted the other on the back.

" oh, do you want me to show you around chibi-chan?? you look lost. " Oikawa offered with a smile. Hinata nodded and bowed hasitly " y-yes oikawa-senpai! " Shoyo said, then he got confused when the other giggled a bit. " Dang, your alot more respectful than the other guys on the team.. they never adress me politely. " Oikawa said with a smile as he started walking " Ok, can i see your schedule so i can show you around?? " Oikawa asked. Hinata nodded with smile as he followed behind him, handing Oikawa his schedule. " oh thats good, you have the same schdule as the other first years on our team. " he said with a smile.

After Oikawa showed Hinata around the school

" Thanks Oikawa-San!! Ill see you at practice! " he said with a smile as he waved bye heading into his first class for the day. Oikawa smiled " Bye Chibi-Chan!! " Oikawa said as he then walked off and headed to his classes.

Hinata sighed as he tapped his pencil on his desk, ' I wonder when the teacher will come in.. ' he thought to himself as he looked around, trying to see if he could find his new teammates. he gasped when he saw someone " onion-head! " he said outloud on accident immediatly regretting it ' crap ' he thought to himself with a worry as he saw Kindaichi and Kunimi come his way. " s-sorry!! " he said as he bowed his head down a bit, looking at Kindaichi. " ehh, i dont really care to be honest " Kindaichi said as he shrugged a bit.

" so.. why are you at our school? " Kunimi asked quietly looking at hinata. " oh um my mom got a new job so i had to move schools! " Hinata responded with a small smile on his face. Kunimi replied with " oh ok.. " before he walked back to his seat. Kindaichi stayed, " So are you going to be on the volleyball team?? " Kindaichi asked. Shoyo nodded " Mhm! my mom said she talked to the coach and got me a spot on the team!! " he said with a big smile as he looked at Kindaichi. " oh..cool " Kindaichi said as he then went back to his seat.

Hinata smiled, the teacher came in soon after their converation ended and started teaching a lesson. The day went by slow, Shoyo having to greet himself every classroom he went to. But after a long day, it finally came time for practice.

Shoyo walked into the locker room with a smile, happy that he was able to navigate it himself. As Shoyo walked into the locker room most of the team headed out to the gym, the only one who was still in there as Hinata changed was Oikawa. Oikawa greeted Shoyo after they both finished changing " Hey, guess you found the gym by yourself huh? " Oikawa said as he walked over to Shoyo, a small grin on his face. Hinata nodded " Yep! Thank you again for helping me out this morning Oikawa-San!! " Shoyo replied with a bright smile. " No worries! So, since today is your first day ill kinda be helping you out the whole practice since we probably do things a little different here than at Karasuno. " Oikawa told shoyo as he messed with Shoyo's hair a bit. " So if you have any questions let me know ok? " Oikawa said looking down at the other.

Hinata blushed when the other messed with his hair, " Alright! Will do! " he said with a grin as he started to walk out of the locker room with Oikawa. Shoyo gasped once he saw the gym " WOOWW! Oikawa! This gym is huge!! " he said as he turned around to look at Oikawa, jumping up a bit out of excitement. Oikawa giggled at the others hyperness " yep, youll get used to it though! " he said as he walked Shoyo over to the rest of the team.
