"Is Kuya Asher ready na po?" I asked Kuya Kal for the nth time. I anxiously bounced my legs, a very unlady like gesture that would make my etiquette teacher faint.

Well, I was actually kind of full of nerves right now. It was first day of school! My first day of being a college student!

Kuya raised his brow. He didn't even bother to take his eyes off of his phone, sitting on the sofa like a king. Maybe he was texting Ate Starr since she went to the company ahead of him. Tagal kasi mag bihis ni Kuya iniwan tuloy ni Ate Starr.

"Can you wait?" Storm irritatedly asked, his arms crossed on his chest. Napatingin ako sa kanya, my gaze sharp. Inirapan niya ako and I saw it! Kahit pa almost matakpan na ng hood niya ang eyes niya I clearly saw him roll them! I sneered at him, also crossing my arms.

"Parang may naririnig akong insect." I said loudly, my brows furrowing. Humarap ako ulit kay Kuya Kal na nasa cellphone pa rin ang tingin. "Kuya, you should call pest control."

Storm scoffed.

"You're more annoying than an insect." He grumpily murmured.

Bakit ba siya sumasabat kasi di ko naman siya kinakausap? Tapos sasaluhin niya pa 'yung mga sinasabi ko!

Well... siya naman talaga 'yun. But... but can he not?

"Bzzzzz. Bzzzzzz." I mouthed, imitating the sound of a bee. "Wow, the insect is really noisy."

"Pwede tumigil kayong dalawa?" Kuya T asked. He was seated beside Kuya Kal, a half empty cup of mug on his hand. "Bakit magka away na naman kayo?"

I pouted, my gaze down on the floor. Kuya T might be getting irritated with us na. Makes sense since Ate Demi's pregnancy was really tiring for both of them these days.

Minsan naiisip ko baka sabay sila naglilihi. Baka Ate Demi did that 'laktaw' thing Ate Starr told her to do so mapasa kay Kuya T ang paglilihi niya.

"Tanong mo diyan Kuya sa gusto lagi naka shorts." Storm snorted. I felt my cheeks heat up. Sobrang stubborn and arte talaga!

"Ate Demi and Ate Ivana and Ate Starr told me I can wear what I want!" I almost shouted at Storm. "Even Kuya Caspian is not against it!"

"Bakit, sila ba asawa mo?" Tanong ni Storm. He was clearly getting riled up more. He leaned up from where he was sat, almost as if he would stand up and pounce. Ganoon ka-OA ang inis niya sa suot ko. "I care about you the most. First day of college mo ngayon. Di mo alam takbo ng utak ng mga tao dun."

"You've been there for only a year pa lang!" I almost shrieked. "Kala mo kung sino kang expert diyan."

I sniffled.

Storm's gaze softened. But it changed immediately, going back to his stoic expression that sometimes scared me. Storm could be really scary when he was mad. Him being mad were super rare moments though, but still.

Kung wala lang rin ako pinapatunayan ngayon sa kanya matatakot siguro ako.

"I'm just looking out for you." He said, his big, doe eyes becoming a little glassy. Lumingon siya kay Kuya Kal na parang na-feel na nakatingin na si Storm sa kanya kaya nag angat din siya ng tingin from his phone.

As the oldest and the youngest among them, Kuya Kal has a special bond with Storm. Halata 'yun when he would always subtly choose Storm's side whenever. Ayaw na ayaw niya na upset si Storm. Kasi he'd be upset din.
