"It's scary what a smile can hide"

Bizzare.

That was all I felt, Bizzare.

Am I hallucinating things?

I had checked the closet, there was nobody inside and when I went to the kitchen, I saw Jimin cleaning dishes.

He even said that he didn't call me or hear me.

Strange.

He was worried when I explained what had happened in my room.

We decided to consult a psychiatrist and he made an appointment.

I assured him that I was fine and he could go home. He disagreed but finally he went.

I don't want to be a burden.

-
2:30 am

It was midnight and I couldn't sleep because the incident earlier kept bugging me. I took sleeping pill and tried to nap but to no avail.

I sat straight immediately when I heard flickering sound coming from the living room. I gulped and slowly started to walk towards the source.

It was T.V, flickering rapidly.

Last time I checked, it was switched off.

I looked around the dark room, T.V screen being the only source of light and walked towards it. I picked up the remote controller to switch it off. It shut down and I sighed heavily.

I was about to walk back when again the flickering sound resonated the whole house. I turned to switch it off again but before I could press the butten, it stopped glitching.

I furrowed my eyebrows and leaned in front of the T.V.
The screenplay showed me and the background looked familiar.

It was JungKook's house. Both me and him were playing around. I remembered that day when he pulled a prank on me and I was chasing him whilst he was laughing and running away.

Unknowingly a small smile crept on my face watching this and remembering the days and moments him and I had spent together.

I flinched when the scene changed on the screen.

JungKook looked happy examining the heart shape pendent hanging in a chain. He placed it on the blue velvet box and walked out of the store.

He crossed the road and went towards his car.

The screen glitched once more.

Jungkook was driving on a one way road while bobbing his head to the song that was playing in the car. Suddenly the light of a truck illuminated his face making his eyes go wide and in an instinct he pushed the brake and turned the steering wheel causing the car's end to smash against the truck and the car went rolling off the road, landing upside down.

I gasped looking at the scene and tears started to stream down my cheeks.

Blood was covered all over his body and face. The tears left his eyes due to extreme pain. He tried to move but couldn't. He knew he was going to die. He glanced at the pendent which was hanging on the glass piece. He quivered closing his eyes thinking about something or someone and tried to reach the pendent. Before he could even touch it, his soul left his body. The lifeless hands of his fell down but his eyes still gazed at the pendent. The pendent he was bringing for his girlfriend, me.

I slouched on my knees, loud painful sobs left me and I cried helplessly.
His death was terrible, awful. I wished he never went to bring that pendent. I wished he never left me.

I looked at the T.V when it started to flicker again.

My heart beated faster when I recognized the screening.
It was my reflection.
Exactly same background of the dark living room and me watching back at me through the screen.

I wiped my cheeks and stood up hurriedly.

I picked the remote controller again and pressed the off button but it didn't shut down.

My reflection starred back at me. Creating horrific imagines in my head. Then a person appeared behind my reflection. It was JungKook, standing right behind the reflection.
When I turned around slowly gulping, expecting the same standing behind me but there was none.
I looked again on screen to see him staring right back.

He was smiling.

Very creepily.
