Lelina's POV
I can't believe how big of an ass this Trae guy is! I mean he seemed like one from the very beginning but hearing Abi's story has proven just how right I was. How could any sane guy cheat on a girl like Abi? She's so sweet and kind, not to mention drop dead gorgeous with her red hair and green eyes.
"Look I just need to talk to her alright? It has nothing to do with you so please...keep out of it" The annoying prick next to me begs as we both follow after Abi who had stormed off after walking into him.
Being walked into must be his thing
I internally laughed at how right that little voice was, in a single day he has managed to have 2 girls walk into him.
"She doesn't want to hear it asshole so if I were you I would disappear!" My blood was boiling at this stage, he clearly doesn't understand personal space. Abi clearly doesn't want anything to do with him otherwise she would have heard him out 3 months ago when it all went down.
"You don't understand, she's angry for no reason!" I stopped dead in my tracks and turned to face him, a shrilling slap was heard through the air as my hand stained his cheek red. "YOU don't understand, you've hurt her badly, she has every right to be angry especially since she has to watch you suck off Jessika's face!" He stared back at me with big bulging eyes... Uh oh... What did I say about keeping a low profile? Woops.
"I...uh..." He had no time to explain as the bell rang and we all went our separate ways, passing a few students who had heard the commotion and decided it was worth the gossip afterwards.
Anger clouded my mind to a point where I didn't realize where I was headed and walked straight into a wall...
Wait, there's no walls in the hallways?
My eyes search for the source which caused my pain and fell on a very pissed-looking guy. Whoops! He looks ready to kill me! "Could you watch where you're going?!" He snarls at me in such a way its as if I stuck a knife in his back.
"I'm sorry, but maybe if you were looking where you're going you could have dodged me" Gosh, keeping a low profile is proving itself very difficult today... I blame it all on Trae. "Did you...Did you just talk back at me?" His face was one of bewilderment, as if I had just committed one of the gravest crimes on Earth. "You have ears don't you? What do you think?" I rhetorically shot back, irritated with everything happening in the last few minutes. His face settled on anger and confusion as he stepped around me and walked away without so much as a glance.
What an ass, didn't even help me up
Truth is, I actually didn't need or want his help but a 'sorry' or 'can I help you' would have been the respectful way to go. I roll my eyes and pick myself up, I was officially going to be late for math. The hallways were now easier to navigate as there were less students and finding my classroom was no problem.
