I went to use the bathroom and I came out
As I walked out of the bathroom I saw Rae on one knee
"I'm not asking you to marry me Liyah but this is a promise ring ,Babygirll do you promise to be my girlfriend and never cheat"

I was suprised very suprised
"Y-Yes" I stammered out
He slid the ring on my finger and I instantly began smiling
He pecked me on my lips and we walked downstairs to began eating lunch
I spotted a note on the counter and began to read it

"Kaliyah your father told me I can leave for the day so your lunch is in the microwave and for dinner you can heat up one of my frozen meals I made

I called Ari down and told her to come in the kitchen with me to fix her plate

Liyah called me down to come fix my plate in the kitchen with her
As she was fixing plates I see a ring on this bitch finger....she think she slick..well she ain't

"Girls what's that ring for" I asked her

"Oh nothing,my bae gave it to me" she said whispering the last part

"And who shall that be" I asked her while turning my head in her direction

"Rae" she quickly said

"WHAT THE HELL,WHY TF AM I JUST FINDING OUT,HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN" I yelled at her

"2 months" she responded
"Oh my ,such a good bestfriend" I said rudely

KALIYAH POV
Today was the day, I was finally telling my dad about Rae and I,I'm nervous tho because I usually have to stay away from boys because they're apart of another gang who's trying to get to my dads empire but I know Rae is the one

I called Rae over and he arrived like 15 minutes later

We walked in to my dads office and I spoke first
"Dad I would like you to meet someone,his name is Rae and we're dating"
"Hmm ok but babygirl can you give me and mr.Rae some time alone"

"Ok"
I mouthed good luck to Rae and walked into Ari's room
After about 20 minutes Rae came down and told me That my father approved of us and he also told me my father said he can spend the week with me and Ari since him and uncle Jerome will be leaving to go check on their drug empire in California
I was very happy
I put the dinner in the oven and went upstairs to lay with Rae
He had extra clothes in his car so he slipped on some sweat pants and no shirt and laid in the bed with me
I got in the bed and laid my head on his chest
We cuddled while watching the movie "The Fault In Our Stars"
He kissed me on my forehead and said "goodnight beautiful"
I smiled and he pulled me closer to him and we fell asleep
