"Bye babe" I said as she stepped outside. When I turned around I saw Ian clench his jaw before turning around and walk up the stairs in a hurry, leaving Kate confused and a bit annoyed. She hugged me and left closing the door behind her a bit harder than normally.

I walked up the stairs and opened the door too my bedroom where Liv was laying on my bed, watching The office on my laptop.
Liv looked up and her eyes briefly met mine before they refocused on something behind me. Her cheeks clearly burning up she looked down hiding a smile. I turned around and Chris was standing in the hallway looking at Liv. Shocking, not really though.
They've always been really flirty with each other and recently Chris has been showing her a LOT more attention than normally. Sorry Liv but in about 10 seconds you're dreams will be crushed when learning about their little game.
I gave Chris a fake smile before slamming my door in his face.
"Oh absolutely not" I told her
"What do you mean ? did I do something ?" She said slightly panicked
"He's going to play you" I said jumping on the bed next to her
"Wha-, I-, Is-, Uhm" She stuttered before saying "Y- You don't necessarily know that" avoiding eye contact
"Liv you are my best friend and I love you. So please believe me when I tell you this" I said sitting up straight and turning towards her.
"Ok, fine, what ?" She said with a frown
I told her the whole story, what I had heard from Seb's and Ian's little conversation and what I had figured out with my amazing detective skills. Like Kate and Ian's flirtation nation.
To say she was shocked was an understatement, she just sat there and nodded like it was the normalest thing in this world!
"Oh I know" she said with no emotion in her voice "But Chris isn't playing. He just says that he is to get attention from girls." She continued "He lies about his scores you know, well that's what Amelia told me" she said as my jaw just hit the floor.
"Wha- why" I tried not knowing what I should say
"They've been hooking up a lot that's how I know" Liv said and her voice cracked a little, avoiding eye contact completely. I pulled her into a hug and held her tight for a few moments.
"I'm sorry" I said into the crook of her neck
"It's okay, he just doesn't think of me in that way and I'll have to get used to it." she said with tears in her eyes
after a few moments we pulled apart. This time though, we were both crying our eyes out but lightly chuckling at our emotionally messy asses. That's when it dawned on me, why was she talking to Amelia about that? I got serious and she realized what was coming.
"But why were you talking to Amelia, Liv?" I said and I had completely stopped crying, I know this is hard for her but I need to know.
"Well I met up with her at 'Gertie's Ice cream palace' and we kinda hit it off." with a small smile on her face
"So what were you and you're new bestie talking about which ended in her hooking up with my brother? and why Liv, why would you spend time with her? you know how she is, what she's done!" I questioned her
