I mean, I want to know because my whole life I've been chased by some sort of gangsters. Well they looked that way to me.
After exiting from the school gates, I found myself walking back to that same hell hole called "home". I actually prefer school more then that "home" even though it's the same hell hole. I don't have many friends though but the friend I made yesterday made me so happy like I gained some sort of achievement lol...
I was lost in my thoughts again, but soon I heard footsteps, lots of footsteps behind me. So it's not one person this time...?
I was shaking in fear as I fastened my pace. They were not following me in a dark alley rather I should say on a sidewalk. What if it's a misunderstanding and they are not one of them...
Soon bursts of thunder could be heard not too far from where I was.
I covered my ears in fear as I kept walking. Then I heard their footsteps coming closer and closer.
That's it!
This time I griped my school bag tightly in my hands and started running. I don't know where I was going but I was just running. Far away from these unknown people...
I don't want to get captured. And worse they are unknown. Who knows what they could do to a weakling like me...
Now I could hear them running afterwards. After a few seconds, I felt drops of water on me, but I didn't bother to stop and react to it. As much as I love rain and want to play...lol...THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO THINK ABOUT THAT TvT... You dumb head run for your life!
Eek!!!
My clumsy self slipped on my own feet.
Ahhh! It hurts! TvT...
Then I felt someone grabbing my wrist tightly. I gasped and looked upwards to figure out who it was. But unfortunately their face was covered by a black cloak and a mask.
I couldn't even get any time to react when he pulled his sharp knife out and aimed it at me...T_T... What the smell... What did I ever do to you Mr. Black Cloak or whatever you are.
That person harshly yanked my hand towards them as I yelped in pain.
A small scream left my mouth as I felt them cutting my wrist.
"LUKE!!!" That person let go of my wrist as they pushed me. I fell down in extreme pain as I covered my wrist in an attempt to stop the bleeding.
"What the heck bro!? What are you doing!?" Soon another person in the same coloured cloak reached the person who cut my wrist.
"Can't you see!? I was going to kill her until you came!"
"Omg! Brother that thing isn't THAT important to us! We can survive without it!"
"Dude! That THING is!! Because our lives depends on it! I have to do this for all of us!"
"Bro... There might be another way! We don't have to kill an innocent girl! AND more importantly do you know who you are trying to hurt!"
"Yeah! So what!? I have to do this! I know even "he" will agree to this."
I don't know what is going on but I have to run away!
I slowly straighten myself in an attempt to run away from them. But maybe my luck ran out TvT... That person again harshly yanked me towards them.
"Argh! LEAVE ME! WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME!" I kept screaming and tried to pull my wrist from their grip. It was hurting like hell because of the cut!
"Oh don't worry we'll make it less painful." Soon they all smirked as that person lifted their knife at me.
That's it... This is my end...
"What do you think you're doing?"
My eyes widened as I heard that familiar voice...
I opened my eyes and quickly looked at the direction where that voice came from.
And there he was...
My one and only friend...
"Jack?" That person let go of my wrist as they spoke up again.
"Jack look I didn't meant any harm ok! I have to get that whatever thing it is to our master. If we don't he'll never let us go!"
Wait jack...?
What?
I thought his name was... Did he lied to me...?
I saw jack walking past by that person. He came towards me and crouches down to my eye level.
"J-jack..? You're n-name is..." He gave me a small smile...
But why does his expression looks so broken.
"I'm sorry but I was never your friend..." After hearing his unexpected words, suddenly I blacked out.
*GASPS*
I quickly sat up and started coughing violently. I reached for the glass of water on my night stand and drank all the remaining water in it...
After recovering from the extreme coughing, I was lost in my thoughts again.
A dream...
But it felt too real to be one...
What if it's a clue to find him...?
*sighs* when will I ever find you? I have so many questions to ask. I sighed again. Maybe I should just wait patiently.

It's just that I lost my inspiration of writing my previous story and deleted it but now that I'm back, I'll try my best to focus on my story this time and complete it.
