I prepare myself for my first day of school. I'm really excited but nervous at the same time. What awaits me today, as I officially step outside from my comfort zone? I used to always watch high school students having fun. I saw many students passing from our house a lot. I watched with envy, staring at them through my window. They looked so happy with their friends, having fun and doing those..... fun things. I wish I can do the same... But will anyone be my friend...?
After wearing my uniform, I comb my hair. I step backwards a little, having a good look at myself. Omg... I look... Great...

I made a fist and encouraged myself that today will be a good day. Don't be too nervous :).
I turned around, picked up my school bag and made my way downstairs to have some breakfast. When I reached down, surprisingly I saw Nanami. She was sitting down in a far corner, drawing.
I called her, trying to gain her attention. When she looked up, I gave her a smile also waving at her.
"Good morning."
In response she only gave me a nod, an uninterested look and went back to whatever she was doing. Seriously it was embarrassing and heartbreaking at the same time. I'm ignored by her..... Again.
I sighed turning around and made my way to the table. I sat down, adjusting myself as my sister brought our breakfast.
She gave me a smile, saying "Good morning." in response I replied the same.
"Where is Yuurin and Mishe?" I asked noticing their absence.
"The usual, Yuurin went to work early because of her crazy boss forcing all work on her since their previous staff left and Mishe had basketball practice so she also went early..."
I inaudibly sighed again. Wow... Isn't that amazing. I thought maybe I could finally have a little chat with them but... I suppose this family doesn't even want to give it a try. In return I only gave her a nod and started eating my breakfast.
"Nanamiplease get up and have some breakfast. You can do that later sweetie." After a few minutes, Shirayuki grown tired of Nanami's continuous scribbling as she tried asked her to join us.
In response, Nanami only looked up and gave Shirayuki a slight nod. After that, she got up, took a toast, grabbed her school bag and ran towards the front door.
"I'm leaving bye." She coldly replies and leaves the house.
Ouch...
Shirayuki gives an audible sigh and picks up the plates, taking them to the kitchen.
