Chapter 5: Oblivious
(LOUIS' POV)
"Ok bye Lou!" Harry shouted to me, as he and the lads dropped me off alt my apartment. They were going straight from the recording studio to bowling, but I had wanted to go home. As soon as I got home, I felt my phone vibrate several times, signalling that I was getting a call. I checked the caller ID: 'Cass(:' smiling, I clicked 'answer call'. Immediately Casadee's voice reached my ears, but unlike normal, her voice was contorted with sadness and sobs here and there.
"Lou..." Her voice whispered softly, before she interrupted herself with a sharp sob.
"Cass? Are you okay?" I asked urgently, knowing perfectly well that she was obviously not.
"No...Lou, can you pick me up? I'm at the Starbucks nearby." She spoke quietly.
"You can...you can drop me off at my house." She muttered.
"I just...just need a ride." Cass finished.
"Nonsense, your staying with me. Whatever's wrong, I'll help you." I promised.
"Th-thanks Lou." She whispered, before hanging up. I hurried to my car, nearly tripping over the garden hose on my way out. What is Cass was hurt?
I seriously hoped not. Wishing for the best, I jumped into my car and sped off towards Starbucks.
