Chapter 1: Oblivious
(LOUIS POV)
I watched Casadee as she stated intensely at the little pad of notebook paper she held in her hand. She pursed her perfect pink lips as she contemplated her sketch, her beautiful blue eyes focused intently.
Was i even allowed to think of my best friend like that? Holding the notepad towards me, she displayed the little miniature figures she had sketched in an anime fashion on the paper.
"Does this look any good, Lou?" She asked.
"Oh my gosh, it's amazing!" I cried truthfully. She had sketched the entire band of One Direction. She even got Zayns hair exactly right.
"Ok, cool." She smiling her stunning smile, closing her notebook and placing it on the table beside her.
"Thanks for letting me stay over tonight Lou." She grinned at me.
"You know how my grandma is-when there's her favorite show on TV, it gets a bit loud." She thanked me, giving me a quick hug. I inhaled her strawberry scent.
"Anything for my best friend." I replied. i smiled, but inside the words stung me as I spoke them. Best friends-that was all we ever were going to be. She smiled again and crashed down on the couch.
"So I'm going to take over your couch tonight?" She smiled. I rolled my eyes.
"Casadee Samantha Lee, you know perfectly well I'm not letting you sleep on the couch." I scolded, but I let a small smile escape onto my lips.
"Louis William Tomlinson, you know perfectly well that Bradley will get upset if I sleep in your bed. He'll freak!" She stuck out her tongue at me. I sighed, just now remembering her boyfriend, Bradley. He had no idea how lucky he was.
"Well, tell him he has nothing to freak about. I'm your best friend! I'll just sleep on the couch." I told her.
"Don't be silly. We'll both sleep in the bed. I'll tell Bradley not to blow his top." She grinned.
