Tanya's perspective -

'Tan, do you think she's alright? How long do these things take?', Alfie questioned me anxiously, I told him a couple of minutes at the most, but Zoe had been in the bathroom for around 15 minutes now, and we were all starting to get a bit worried. 'Zoe? Are you alright? Can you hear me Zoe?' Jim kept calling out from the other side of the door, but still no reply. 'Do you think she's had a panic attack Alfie?' He replied yes confidently, his ear to the door, listening for her movement. Jim tried opening the door, but Zoe had locked it when she went it, he kept saying he was going to break the door down, but I was worried it would land on her, in case she was on the floor.

When Jim had finally managed to get in, Zoe was crouched in the corner of the room, heavy breathing, eyes closed. Jim and Alfie picked her up and carried her to the sofa, I rushed to the sink and looked at them. She hadn't seen it yet.
