Jungkook was late as always, he walked in and the teacher was already hollering. He ignored her antics and just said, "Detention?" he questioned as he walked to his seat. Jungkook sat there looking out the window bored just waiting for the bell to get it over with.

But some people had caught his eye. They looked so majestic to him, underneath the sun making them shine like angels. They looked like they were graduates already, Jungkook assumed they went to the college that was close to the high school. All of a sudden, he made direct eye contact with one out of the three he was eyeing. It was as if time stopped completely, Jungkook didn't know how much time had passed. He was brought out of it when the second bell of the day rang. He scrambled up to get to the next class. However, when he looked back to get another look he only saw their backs, as they walked away.

Jungkook walked out of the lunch line to his normal spot at lunch, everyone at school knew that was his designated spot. Nobody ever bothered him because they were scared. The rumors about him became his whole personality, and soon Jungkook embraced it as it prevented people from bothering him. However, that is not to say that these rumors were always there to protect him. As he sat he looked and saw the same faces that he saw out the window of his class. He promptly looked away and focused on his lunch. Not for long though because there came someone to threaten the reputation he had built for himself.

"Hey my buddy, it's been a while hasn't it" a familiar voice spoke from behind him. He turned his head and made eye contact with Man-Shik, who was surrounded by his friends. Man-shik was his bully of last year but he got suspended before school ended and hadn't shown his face, until now. Jungkook was not about to let him ruin what he's made for himself.

"Oh, so the loser Jungkook decided to change up his act," Man-shik said. The longer Jungkook kept silent, Man-shik got more irritated. He decided he was done with the silence and got his fist balled to hit directly at Jungkook. Jungkook dodged it completely making him lose his balance and almost fall over but, his friend grabbed him before he fell. "I promise you this isn't the end," Man-shik said before turning and walking away with his posse.

Jungkook was shaken by the sudden appearance of Man-shik so he got up to make his escape. Out of his peripheral, he could see the same boys he saw outside along with more he didn't know, staring at him. He kept his head held high and kept pushing to the cafeteria exit.

Fortunately, Jungkook made it to the end of the day with no other obstacles. However, he did see those boys again but now it seemed as if their group had gotten bigger with the addition of three more. That's not his business though he had to make it home before his father got there to avoid any unnecessary bruises that may show up tomorrow. He made eye contact with the same boy from earlier this time he had smiled at him. Jungkook made a confused face but, he kept on walking feeling that stares on his back
