It was a fine day into July when Max was invited by his friends on a nice trip in South Thailand. Tired and bored, as his boyfriend, fellow actor Tul, was busy with his studying, he agreed to accompagny his friend as he had nothing else to do anyway. Besides, it was only for a few days, it was not as if he could not survive without him for a few days right ?
Packing his things, he could feel the dejected gaze of his lover on his back. Closing his suitcase, he turned around to see the pouting face of the 27 year old achitect, he could finally call his after years of denial on both parts. Crossing the room, he took the other man in his arms and hugged him tightly « don't make that face please. I'll only be gone for a few days. »
Slumping into the embrace, Tul returned the hug half heartedly, upset at the prospect of staying alone in his big condo, « I know but ... Do you really have to go ? » The older man looked back up at Max, sulkily, a pout still on his lips.
Caressing his cheeks, Max tried to reasonned his lover, « babe it's not as if we would be apart for long. It's just a matter of a few days. » He kissed his forehead, before detaching himself from his lover body, « besides, you are busy with your study, I'd just be a distraction. »
Tul sighed, defeated, « you better text me as soon as you arrived ! »
Kissing him chastely on the lips, Max grinned happily, eyeing the other man fondly, « I will »
Turning away from the other man, he made his way to the condo entrance, picked up his suitcase as Tul followed him suit and opened the door for him. « Love you » the dark haired man, almost, whispered tenderly. He hurried to the awaiting taxi and waved at Tul's forlorn form.
Excited about his upcoming trip, Max could not stop himself from taking a photo and updates his fans about his whereabouts. He had never been that fond of social media, unlike his partner, but it was his only way to communicate with his beloved fans, and just for their sake, he was willing to indulge into this annoying constraint.

Watching the car disappearing in the distance, Tul whispered « love you too idiot. »

What a fool he had been.
He looked sadly at his plate in front of him. The first few hours of his trip had been a total success. He was happy to spend quality time with his friends as it has been a while they were able to meet together.
The first stop of their trip was Krabi. He had missed the city, the weather, the beach. As the gourmet he was, they had been trying and eating to a bunch of restaurant, when it hit him.
He was missing Tul.
They had made great memory there. He could still remember how the sun was kissing Tul's tanned skin, slightly glistening from the high temperature. As much as he had tried, he could not keep his eyes from wandering back to his well built body. He really had difficulties at that time to not jump on his co-star, and makes love to him right there on that beach. The prying eyes of the staff and fans probably helped him keeping his composure. At that time, they were still unsure about their feelings for each other. Endlessly flirting with each other, blushing everytime one of them took it too far. Everyone around them could see they were in love with the other, and how perfect they were for each other, but the denial was stronger.
