Your P.O.V.

It has been a few days since I managed to take complete control over Harlem. The Gangs have been staying out of the district so my crew was able to keep it under control. I was driving around the area in my dad's old car when I got a call from Thomas.

A/n: Your car can look like whatever you want it too.

Y/n: What's up Thomas?

Thomas: Hey boss, I got some info on those Reapers that I think you'll want to hear it.

Y/n: Okay, I'll come by the crib and see what you got.

Thomas: Got it.

With that I made my way to the hotel to see what info Thomas had. It didn't take me long since I was just a couple blocks away. As soon as I got back I made my way to Thomas' makeshift office only to see several boards with tons of pictures on them.

Y/n: You've been busy Thomas.

Thomas: Hey man, thanks for coming.

Y/n: No problem, so what do you have on the Reapers?

Thomas: Okay, so the Reapers are lead by one guy: Brian O'Neill. And from the Intel I got on him, well, he's smart enough to stay out of sight.

Y/n: What do you mean?

Thomas: I mean that only a select few people knows what he looks like and where he operates. I tried to get something on him, but it's like trying to catch fog with your bare hands.

Y/n: Well, what operations does he run?

Thomas: Well, he runs Liberty City's smuggling operations, an auto theft ring, and extortion rackets. He keeps it moving around so it's gonna be hard to find out where he runs his rackets.

Y/n: Well do you have any leads on any of his operations?

Thomas: Actually, yeah, It turns out he's got a shipment of high performance cars coming in.

Y/n: Where? When?

Thomas: I managed to find out that the cars are going to be at the docks over in riverside in about an hour.

Y/n: Okay thanks Thomas.

Thomas: No problem.

With that I made my way outside and got in my car and drove to the riverside docks. Luckily, as soon as I got to the docks, I saw a couple Outlawz close by.

Y/n: Hey, I need you two to drive this back to the crib.

Outlaw #1: Got it boss.

Outlaw #2: Well keep it safe.

With that they drove off and I had to wait about ten minutes before the semi pull up to the docks. There was also a freighter pulling into the docks and I saw the Reapers start to load up what looked like a dozen cars onto the semi.

I knew that as soon as all the cars were loaded up I could steal all of the cars at one time. So I snuck in and took care of the semi driver and disguised myself so I could steal them easier. As soon as the last car was loaded they said I could go and so I did.

I then called Thomas to meet me at my family restaurant with the crew to get the cars. As soon as I got to the restaurant I saw Thomas with a few other Outlawz and parked the truck.

Thomas: Nice score boss, I bet the Reapers won't be to happy when they find out they lost a shit ton of their expensive cars.

Y/n: And I bet they'll be even more sore when we take riverside from them.

Thomas: I love the way your thinking.

With that I got changed into some new clothes and me, Thomas, and several Outlawz made back over to the docks. And it looked like the Reapers were still there so we went in and started clearing out all the Reapers in the area.

It didn't take long for us to drive the Reapers out of riverside and the Outlawz to move in. With them out of the area and there car shipment ours I was sure their auto theft ring would start hurting.

New Neighborhood: Riverside

??? P.O.V.

B. O'Neill: What do you mean the shipment was stolen?

Reaper: I mean some asshole took the drivers place and took the shipment before we found the real one. Then that same asshole comes back and takes all the others out, I saw it myself.

Right now one of my men had called to inform me that the cars I had brought in were stolen. And that I just lost a piece of his territory to some punk kid and his friends.

B. O'Neill: Who the hell do these guys think they are?!

Reaper: I think the news said they were called the Outlawz.

B. O'Neill: They're going to regret fucking with me.

With that I hung up and started to ponder on how I would stop these "Outlawz" from fucking up my plans.

Luke Young: Hello this is Luke Young for channel seven news. A violent shoot out has taken place at the riverside docks earlier today. The police on scene says that there are multiple casualties of several members of a street gang known as the Reapers.
