Your P.O.V.
For the last few days I haven't heard anything about the Reapers. And I was wondering what they were planning. While I was walking through Harlem I got a call from Thomas.
Thomas: Hey boss, I got something big that you're gonna love.
Y/n: What is it?
Thomas: Come by the crib and I fill you in once you get here.
So I hung up and made my way back to the crib. It didn't take long since I was just a couple blocks away. Once I got inside I saw Thomas waiting for me.
Y/n: Alright Thomas, what did you find?
Thomas: Alright, so I've done some digging and found where the Reapers are running their protection rackets.
Y/n: Really? Where?
Thomas: Its all being run by a man named Justin Smith. And he is also the owner of the Pagoda hotel over in Chinatown.
Y/n: And I'm guessing that's where they get the most of their protection money.
Thomas: That's right and if we get this Smith guy to work for us...
Y/n: Then the men that work for him will kick up to us instead.
Thomas: Right again, boss.
Y/n: So is there anything else that I need to know?
Thomas: Well to get to Smith you'll have to draw him out first. I'd say getting some of the shop owners to pay up to us should do it.
Y/n: Good idea, thanks Thomas.
Now that I had a plan, I made my way to Chinatown. I always thought this part of the city was beautiful in many ways. Once I got there I made my way to a nearby shop. And once I walked in I was greeted by the owner.
Owner: Hello, welcome to Little Tokyo.
Y/n: Yes, I'm looking for the owner.
Owner: That would be me, sir.
Y/n: Good to know, I got to ask you a very important question.
Owner: Uh, ok.
Y/n: How much are the Reapers forcing you to pay them?
Owner: I-I don't know what you're talking about.
I knew that he was lying to me and I really didn't like it. So I decided to turn up the pressure on him a little bit.
Y/n: C'mon man, you really think I'm that stupid? I was the one who stopped from looting your store. And I bet they weren't going to be paying for any of the damage.
I could tell he had no way to argue his way out of it. I could see it in his eyes that he was a really desperate man.
Owner: What do you want from me?
Y/n: All I want is to help you and everyone else in the city. If you pay up to me then I can promise you that the Reapers won't bother you.
Owner: Really? How?
Y/n: Lets just say that I have some good influence with some men in this part of town. And all of those men happen to answer directly to me.
The owner really seemed to be getting scared now. And I had a feeling he was starting to put the pieces together.
Owner: Y-You're the leader of the Outlawz, aren't you?
Y/n: Well maybe I am but maybe not. But I am willing to offer you better protection for half of what the Reapers are forcing you to pay.
Owner: Okay, just please don't hurt me.
Y/n: Don't worry, me and my crew don't hurt innocent people.
With that I left and started to make my way throughout the rest of Chinatown. It was easy in some parts since most of the people and shop owners agreed to pay to my crew. But there were a few shop owners that had to be "persuaded" to pat up. It was a little harder when I kept running into Reapers that were trying to stop me.
After a couple of hours I had made my way through most of Chinatown. Then I noticed that I was across the street from the Pagoda hotel. It was one of those middle to upper class hotel that brought in a lot of money. So it seemed to be the perfect front to run a protection racket. I made my way inside and noticed that there was half a dozen Reapers inside. So I made sure not to act suspicious as I made my way to the front desk.
Y/n: Excuse me, could I speak to the owner of the hotel?
Secretary: Do you have an appointment with the owner?
Y/n: Yes, I do.
I then lifted my shirt enough to reveal my gun. I could tell when she saw it that she was terrified.
Secretary: I-It's Just down that hall and to the left sir.
Then I made my way down the hall and found the owners office. Then I just opened the door and it took the owner by surprise.
Smith: Who the hell are you?
Y/n: I'm your new boss Mr. Smith.
Smith: What the fuck are you talking about?! So you know who I am?!
Y/n: Yeah...
Then I pulled out my gun and then he started to freak out really badly. And It looked like he was one of those guys who would piss himself under pressure.
Y/n: You're Justin Smith, the owner of this hotel and the one that's running the Reapers protection racket.
Smith: W-What? H-How do you...
Y/n: I know that because I happen to be the one that's going to kill you.
Smith: W-Wait, m-maybe we can make some sort of deal.
Y/n: Yeah, you work for me and I won't put a bullet in your head.
Smith: S-Sure, whatever you say man.
Y/n: Good choice, Smith.
Then I put my gun away and called Thomas and told him to bring in the crew. After a few minutes there was gunfire heard outside. So when all the Reapers inside went to check it out I shot them dead. Then Thomas came in with a few other Outlawz.
Thomas: How'd that meeting go with our friend, Mr. Smith?
Y/n: It went good and I think I made him piss his pants too.
Thomas: Nice!
With that we left and made our way out of the area. I wanted to stay, but the cops would be there soon. So it was best that we left before they showed up. Besides, I could just come back later on for a visit if I ever get board.
