"Recalculating."
He smacked the side of the device in anger.
"I'm confused! I'm going the way you said!"
"Recalculating. Make a U-turn."
A stream of curses followed. Of course the map wouldn't load, it never does when the device is giving them confusing and conflicting directions.
"Ugh, you stupid thing. Just tell me where the hell we are!"
"Recalculating." It was all the device could manage to say. His face boiled red.
"Triano! What are you seeing up there?"
"Palm trees," he yelled back. "And sand."
"Your destination is on your left."
"Finally!"
They got out to have a look around.
"This ain't India, Columbus," Triano sneered. "Your GPS sucks."
