Louis Tomlinson well he's a trouble maker. When is he not though? Well he's always getting into fights at bars and what not but that's not what he's wanted for. He's wanted for illegal drag racing in the middle of the street of New York.
Liam Payne is New York police officer that has been tracking Louis down. Every time he would get close to capturing Louis but he would give a little flirt then a quick kiss on the cheek before he'd get back in his car and speed off.
But one day when Louis is racing, someone is at the finish area waiting for him. That's when Louis Tomlinson, the drag racer, finally gets Busted at his crime.
