You were still sleeping, and then felt someone lightly shake you.

Finn: Y/n...

He said quietly.

Finn: Wake up, someone's here to see you...

You opened your eyes and fin helped you sit up. You saw Jaeden standing there. You looked at Finn, your eye started filling up with tears. He took your hand and you squeezed it.

Jaeden: Can we please talk?

You looked at Finn again and he nodded.

You: Fine

Jaeden: Look, I just want you to know that I love Jennifer now. I actually always have. I'm much happier now than I was before.

You: So you're telling me that everything between us was... a lie?

Jaeden: I mean, it wasn't a lie. But it wasn't the truth either. I just wasn't aware of it.

Finn: Wow, you couldn't make that sound meaner I swear

He said while pulling you into a hug.

Jaeden: I'm sorry, I'm just being honest...

You pulled away from the hug, still holding Finns hand, and squeezing it because it was easier to hold back tears.

You: So, all of it meant nothing to you?

He just stayed silent and looked down. You couldn't help it anymore but cry.

You: Jaeden please get out.

Finn hugged you again, as you started sobbing.

Jaeden: What?

Finn: She told you to get out.

Jaeden: Why?

Finn: Just get the fuck out!

Jaeden left the room and you continued crying.

~15 minutes later~

Finn: Y/n please calm down. He's a jerk. Just forget about him

You: How? I can't just forget everything like that!

Finn: I know, I'm sorry. Do you want me to call Avani or something? Maybe it'll be easier to talk to a girl you know

You: Um, okay, tha- thank you. And sorry for being r- rude. A- Again.

Finn: No problem.

He didn't have a number, so you texted Avani asking her if she can come. Of course she said yes. And 15 minutes later she arrived.

Finn: I'll leave you girls alone. But when you decide to go home, call me. She can't be alone anywhere right now. Not after what happened.

Avani nodded and Finn left.

Avani: So, what did you want to talk about?

You: Jaeden was here today...

Avani: What? What did he want?

You explained what happened earlier.

Avani: I'm gonna beat his ass up! But this time for real!

You: No you won't. It's not really his fault... You can't control your feelings, right?

Avani: I mean, yeah, but he shouldn't say that. At least not yet.
