So, my second part. Thanks for reading! Hope you enjoy!
~*~*~*~~-Italy-~
"I'M A GIRL!" I cried, collapsing back to my knees, furiously wiping my tears with my extra long sleeve that made me look like China. The weight on my chest stuck there and the feeling of something missing from the lower regions made me want to shrivel up. I felt long, messy har tickling the sides of my neck as I shook from my sobs.
"Italy, calm down." I heard Germany's voice slightly shaky from shock yet soft as to try a get me to calm down. From how close his voice was, I could tell he had knelt in front of me. "Feliciano." He whispered, placing a large, gentle hand on my smaller shoulder.
"Ludwig..." I whimpered, my covered hands to my face. After a moment, I cried louder. "You can't-a call me that anymore! That's a boy's name!" I buried my face farther into the depth of my hands, but didn't push away the german.
Sighing, he wrapped his arms around me, awkwardly yet gently. "Feli, zen. We'll call you Feli. Vhy don't ve stop training for today und head back to ze house? You can take a rest und eat pasta." He asked, his thumb softly carressing my shoulder as I nuzzled my face into his warm chest and buried myself in his embrace.
I nodded, silencing my sobs while tightly clinging to his slightly sweaty black tank-top. "That-a sounds nice." I mutter in a slightly shaky voice, keeping my eyes closed while tears now silently rolled down my cheeks.
"Alvright. I'm going to pick you up und carry you to zhe house." He stated then waited for me to answer before he did so. I have another slight nod but nothing else. Ludwig kept one arm wrapped around my shoulder and scooped his other under my knees. He started walking back while I kept hold of his shirt and my face pressed into his chest.

I watched as Germany-san took Italy-san back to the house, then walked alongside England. "What happened?" I asked the english-man, and he rubbed the back of his head while avoiding eye-contact.
"Well, I actually quite don't know." Arthur mumbled in his thick british accent. "All I know is that Italy took my wand somehow without my knowledge, and must have cast a spell or curse upon himself. He most likly did it on accident since he, or should I say she, probably hadn't known it was a wand. He, or she, has no knowledge of magic or any capabilities in magic, so I don't understand how he used it. The wand should only work if the holder knows what their doing and if the hold is capable of magic. I may have to talk to Romania and Norway on the subject. After we care of Italy, then I'll head out. It might be best to call up more people he's close to such as his brother. He may feel just a bit better when he sees them." After his speech, he finally looked at me.
Once he finished, I looked back ahead. "I'm not so sure inviting his brother would work so werr. Romano has a funny way of showing his rove for Itary-san. Romano might make Itary more upset. But we could give it a try."
The brit nodded, turning his attention back ahead. We didn't speak the rest of the way. Germany and Italy were also very quiet. What was going through their minds? I knew they already really lliked and cared for each other, but what will this do to them?
~-Germany-~
I didn't really know what to think or do, so I did what came to me. I tried comforting the italian best I could, and it seemed to work, so I didn't say anything on the way back in case it put him, or her, off. Hopefully England can fix this or Italy would be miserable.
Although she was etremely quiet aside from her soft breathing, I could somehow tell she was awake.
"Italy?" I asked. She only shifted and humed as an answer. She hasn't opened her eyes since she changed, but that's not exactly surprising. "Just vondering of you vere avake." I replied, and she only nodded. She seemed afraid to talk. I couldn't blame her, though, now could I?
Sighing, I stopped in front of the door. "Italy, I'm going to put you down so I can open zhe door." I told her. She only nodded again, steadily relaxing. As I set her feet back on the ground, it felt as if I had just let go of a feather. So was so extremely light, much lighter then she was just half-an-hour ago. I turned the knob and pushed the door open before scooping her back up.
Italy seemed much more relaxed now then she was when he first picked her up. Her grip wasn't as tight and her muscles weren't as tensed up. I brought her up stairs ten laid her on my bed, knowing she might be a little more comfortable there. She released me when I stood, then I walked over to my dresser. I took out a black shirt and tossed it at her. "Put zhis on vhile I'm making some pasta. Do you need anyzing beofore I leave?"
She shook her head, plucking up my shirt into her tiny hands.
I let loose a sigh, heading towards the door. "I'll call your bruder und see if he can come." Yet again, another nod. She didn't smile or say how much she loved her fratello or how much she loved pasta like I expected and hoped she would. I sighed again, closing the door behind me. On my way down the stairs, I spotted England and Japan starting to head up.
"How is h- uh.. she, doing?" Arthur asked, looking up at me.
With another sigh, I shook my head. "Not so great. Probably shouldn't go up zhere. She's changing. Vhy don't you two call Austria or Romano? Zhat vould probably help."
They both nodded and headed to the telephone I had. While they did that, I started gathering ingredients for some spagetti. I filled up a pan of water, then put it on the oven while turning up the heat. When I started on the suace so I could work on it while the water heated to a boil, I heard a shrill scream from upstairs. Hurridly, I dropped the items at hand and sped up to my room. I threw the door open to find Italy huddled up in a ball in the corner, shaking badly while rocking back and forth, her arms wrapped around her bare legs while my shirt sagged down her torso, thankfully covering her now feminine parts.
I was quickly at her side with my arms around her after not seeing any sign of intrusion, and she desperatly clung to my, sobbing onto my chest. "I-i-a s-saw it-a! I'm-a a ragazza*! Non capisco*! Che cosa sta accadendo*!?" She wailed.
Although I had no clue on what she said, I shushed her while running my head gently up and down her back.
I heard the other nations in the doorway. I glanced at the two and nodded, telling them that I could handle this one on my own.
