Ventia & Vento: the children of the moon

On the dark side of the moon, there were a couple of very different siblings. They lived in a town called Vrisluna inside a cave called Oseli.

The girl was called Ventia Luno. She was 8 years old and had three brothers and two sisters. In addition, one of them was like her. His skin was gray, white eyes, and where it was to be white it was pink. However, what made her different was her lean structure and limbs. That is, they considered ugly!

The boy was called Vento Luno. He was 8 years old, was Ventia's twin and had the same physical characteristics as his sister.

Velu Luno was father and Vlani Luno was mother. They were large and round with short limbs. When they had children, it was two at a time, a girl and a boy. They had three pregnancies, had six children: Vepca and Veco, Vutra and Vuto, Ventia and Vento. Being the oldest female with time of 5 minutes.

Because the younger ones have a different look, be thinner, with longer, leaner arms and legs. These children were different from the brothers and sisters as from the whole population of Vrisluna causing a certain prejudice to the children.

Parents always sought to welcome their children so they would not feel rejected, but instead they turned away from other brothers and sisters and did not want to mingle with anyone.

Like time, neither his relatives wanted more to approach the skinny ones, the so-called "lines" because there was a narrow road that led to lunar surface in the coldest moments of the moon known as the Oseli line.

Once Vento Luno dreamed that he was in a strange place, with blue horizon, white flakes floating in heights, green plants, orange soil and water on the surface. He woke up and impressed by the sight. Then he told his sister Ventia.

The girl was very interested in the story of her brother Vento, was to try to understand the dream and discovered that the blue star that was in the black sky of Moon was the world that Vento dreamed. The girl had already heard of the world called Earth planet, that other star that was close to the Moon. Ventia studied and studied until she discovered something more incredible.

In ancient times, the Moon and Earth were just a planet, but due to a great catastrophe, the two separated and became two. There is no way for Earth beings to go to the Moon, nor for the Moon to go to Earth. This not only due to the abyss of space, but also due to a strong radiation that prevented to use some transport to go to another star.

Reading more and more, Ventia did not leave her studies and sought more things about the other world. Vento wanting to play went after his sister to invite him to go to the surface. She declined the invitation and preferred to study more.
