Ok, so first, put your leg out a tiny bit in front of your of your other foot. Next, go back into your bridge position and kick over. Repeat this step until clean and pretty. Next, point your good leg out in front of you, go back, and this time kick over faster. Repeat this step going faster and faster each time. Now, the final step. Have great posture, your hands strong and in a crown position, arms first, go back into your bridge(with leg still out) kick over right before hands land, enter split handstand with straight legs and pointed toes, and head in. Enter lunge position with back like a slide, and finish.
