I walked out of my little apartment and ran to my car, i was late for my job interview for a big company
I jumped into my car and drove off
I don't go to College and have no job so I'm constantly searching for one
I'm kind of really poor so i live in a really small apartment with no tv, I don't have any friends or family, my dad died a long time ago because of a drive by and my mom died when she gave birth to me
I have an older brother who's 35
But I don't know where he is or if he's even alive
Last time I heard of him was almost 3 years ago he needed help because a drug deal went wrong and he lost all of his stuff
I arrived 7 minutes to late at the building. I ran out of the car and went inside. I stood there for a few seconds before I walked to the counter "hello sorry...em...I'm Aalyiah Johnson, I have a job interview with Mr. Wright" I said still catching my breath. She looked at me with a smile then looked down to a peace of paper looked up again and said "Hi Miss Johnson, yes Mr. Wright is in room 207 second floor." I quickly said "Thank you" then ran to the elevator got in and pressed the right Buttons.
I looked at my phone and saw I was now 10 minutes too late
When the doors of the elevator opened I jumped out and ran to room 207, before i knocked at the door i looked down closed my eyes and let out a sigh trying to calm down. Then I knocked
"come in" a man from inside yelled and I opened the door, I walked in and saw Mr. Wright looking really annoyed
He was a 50 year old big white man with black and grey hair and beard.
"H-hello Mr. Wright, i am Aalyiah Johnson I came here for a job interview." I shyly said to him. He just looked at me with his dark eyes. The silence made me uncomfortable but then finally...
"Miss Johnson...you are too late" he said still looking annoyed at me. I just sat there then sighed "okay I understand" I got up and left the building I could belive this shit I waited month for this and now everything was just ended with a "you're to late" I was pissed but I know this was my fault
The big issue now is i don't have enough money to pay my rent and maybe I'll get kicked out
