"So your telling me you got trapped in the rain and got kissed by your long lost crush", I clarified.

"He's not my long lost, but uh, yeah, basically".

"Mhm.......OMG that us sooo amazing, I'm so happy for you", I said jumping up and down with Nic, us both screeching.

"Thanks Sof, that means alot".

"Hey ladies", Derick said, "and hello my lady", he said and kissed Nic.

"Hey babe", she said.

"Ohh amma an a have to get used to dis", I said pointing at the both of them.

"Haha", Derick said.

"Did you tell you tell Luk about this though", "As a matter of a fact where is he?", I asked looking around.

"I'm not sure, and yes as a matter of a fact I did tell him", Derick answered.

Bell rings 🔔

"I better get going", I told them.

"Ok see ya", Nic said.

"Bye Sof", Derick said.

"See ya Nic, later rick", I said as I walked away.

Sofia's P.O.V
School was over and I went home, I haven't seen luk for the whole day, I went by his house after school but his parents said that he left this morning saying that he was going to school, now I was definitely freaking out.

His phone was ringing but he didn't answer, but as you may know my parents aren't home, I think you already got used to me saying that.

I was in the living room just staring out into nowhere, I couldn't even watch tv in my condition, when I heard the door bell, thinking it was Lucas I quickly ran to the door.

"Where've you.... oh its you"

"Well good to see you too sof", Nichole said coming in.

"Sorry its just-"

"Luk hasn't come as yet has he?", she finished my sentence and I shook my head.

"I dont know where he is and I'm starting to freak out, I'm mean he not even answering my calls, and he always answers my calls, and-", I said almost breaking down in tears.

"Okay I get it, its gonna be okay hun I promise you he'll come back", she said pulling me into a hug and stroking my hair.

"That's a big promise", I said sobbing into her shirt".

"Think positive my dear, think positive"

"What are you an old therapist or something", I let go of her and she laughed.

"No, but I'm trying to help you , let's sit", she steered me to the couch.

"Where's Derick?", I asked.

"Well, I told him that you needed me and he was bummed cause we were supposed to hang out today, but he's okay with it, he also is worried about Luk if you are wondering, its just he really doesn't like show his soft side, you know?".

"Yes I do know and wow, I feel so loved, so so loved, but you didn't have to do that for me"

"Yes I did you are my best friend"

"I get that but-"

"Ssh ssh ssh ssh", "come here", "come on...", "that's it girl lean on mama" she opened her arms for me and we hugged.
