Joe was sat in his hotel room sorta wallowing in his own sadness, I guess you could say. A fan from the last show had asked him about his dating life, or lack there of, and now Poppy was on his mind going round like a ferris wheel. Just then he heard a car park outside his window, music blasting, sometimes he'd hear himself on the radio and he couldn't help but smile but this time he hears a throwback, a banger from the late 2000s, that was HER favourite song (an/ song at the top lmao). She'd sing is at karaoke when they were teenagers and by the rap verse she'd have the whole crowd on their feet, she was just that kind of person, my mum used to say she glowed and I stand by that. I knew it was a bad idea but I couldn't help it, I opened Facebook on my iPhone and selected the 'senior year pics' folder, God, she was so beautiful, flowy hair that he could still feel himself touching and those eyes that glowed just like sapphires, he'd been the luckiest guy in the world, he'd let 1 dumb mistake ruin everything, his pride had cost him everything, his whole world, the light of his life. He hadn't noticed the car and long since driven away and a singular tear was residing on his chiselled jawline, he had many regrets, small ones, slightly larger ones, letting her get away was certainly the biggest, but he didn't blame her for leaving it was all his fault...
