"I don't care Melanie! I told you what would happen if you didn't pay your rent" the landlord spoke as he threw all my belongings out the door.

"Mr.Lewis, please give me another chance I swear I'll have the money this time!" I begged he shook his head "that's exactly what you said last time, I'm sorry Melanie but this is it" he shut the door behind him causing me to sigh in frustration...what the hell am I gonna do now?

I had put all my belongings in the back of my car as I drove to my friends house who was nice enough to let me stay with her until I'm stable enough.

"thanks for letting me stay with you" I mumbled as I unpacked all my belongings "anytime!" Bella happily peered, I sighed and sat down on the bed "Mels what's wrong?" She asked I shook my head not wanting to let all my problems out on her "Mel I've known you since high school you know you can tell me anything right?" I nodded.

"It's just I'm really stressed, I still have to pay my college tuition and my job isn't paying me enough for all my expenses" I said in return she gave me a small frown.

"I can always lend you some money" She offered without hesitation I shook my head "No! are you crazy?" I asked I could never accept money from her or anyone for that fact.

"oh cmon it's just a couple of money besides think of it as a roommate gift" She took the money from her purse and handed it to me but I handed it back to her "Bella no" I rolled my eyes.

She sighed in defeat "you can always work with me" Bella said.

I bit my lip "and what exactly is your job?" I asked she laughed "I'm a con artist" I furrowed my eyebrows...a what?

"I seduce men and when I know they've fallen for me I steal their money" she explained as if it was nothing.

"S-Steal?" I stuttered to which she nodded "yes, Steal" I wanted to say no there were a lot of consequences if I got caught but I was desperate and people who are desperate are capable of doing whatever it takes.

"Okay" I answered she smirked at me "Good answer" she set her drink down on the vanity "training starts tomorrow" I nodded and watched as she left my room.

It took me a couple of months to get adjusted as to what I was doing but as time went on I truly realized how sick men were they'd do anything to get what they want to them money means nothing. How could it? they have stacks of many laying on their floor.

My first con was Devin Hart, it was quite easy really all I had to do was sweet talk him; boost up his ego and wallah! he was on his knees begging for me. I promised him forever and he believed me: before he knew it his money went missing of course he blamed me but it was to late because Bella and I had left without leaving a trace besides there's not much he dig into, he fell for Hazel Martinez a girl who didn't exist because she wasn't real she was just the persona I used to fool men.

The list goes and on somehow Bella and I were able to make thousands and thousands of dollars.

It was the perfect crime.
