The Field Trip

Next week on Monday we went to school. I went to my first 2 classes until my third period. In my third period class I had Oliver, Luke, Emma, and Sky in my class so I sat in between Oliver and Emma.

"so what are we going to do about our Luke problem?" Olly asked

"Well the first thing I will do is not talk about it in the class" I said 

"but you know we're going to have to deal with it sooner or later"

"Well I want it to be later"

"you know you are being really lazy right now"

"well I really don't want to follow Luke around with his buddies who are absolute and utter jerks"

"I know they are jerks and all but a mission is a mission and this one is mandatory so take it like a man would ya"

"sorry I can't do that since you know I'm  not a man"

"you do know that its a figure of speech right?"

"well- 

I was cut off when the teacher walked in and started talking "good morning class"the words good morning was scattered all around the classroom.

"I have news that I want to share with you all today we are going to have a field trip" She says and she picks a student to pass out the permission slips.

"All of my classes are going camping in two weeks on Friday were coming back late on Tuesday. Alexa is passing out the permission slips right now on the permission slip is a list of equipment you are going to need any questions?"

A guy who was on the football team raised his hand I think his name was Derrick ?

"What if we don't want to?"

"well you are going to have to or it will affect your grade and you will get a month of detention"

then another girl raised her hand and her name was Lily. I remember her she's friends with Sarah. 

"that is so not fair like I will so not go camping it messes up my hair"

"well then miss Roberts you can either go camping or go to detention oh and fail this class"

I would never agree with one of Sarah's but shes right having detention and failing this class just because you don't want to go  camping is not cool and I'm pretty sure teachers can't do that hey but at least we get a field trip and we get toiss class.

a little later the bell rings I walk out of class

"So what do you think about this little field trip?"Emma asked coming up behind me 

"Its stupid what school  makes kids go camping and if they don't fails their grade-"

"and gives them detention" Emma interrupts

"yeah that too any way this whole situation is dumb"

"so are you still going?"

"lady did you not hear what the teacher just said its mandatory and it could be worse we could be forced to sit in a classroom for and hour and thirty minutes listening to a teacher talk if anything this is a gift"

"True"

"yeah and plus Sarah and her gang will be there meaning they are going to have to get their hands dirty"

"yeah that camp will probably be horrible for them"

"yep and seeing the pain on their faces as they go walking around in the woods is something I can't miss"

"you  know sometimes I really think that we are becoming evil"

"maybe maybe not who cares' 

With that I walk away and go to my locker there I meet Oliver.

"Seriously what the hell is with people wanting to talk to me today?" He says slamming his locker shut.

"I haven't even said anything yet and what's got your panties in a bunch" I say really confused as to why he's acting this way

"Sorry nothing I just snapped for no reason I must've woken up on the wrong side of bed so what's up"

Suspicious but I'll let it go for now

"okay so I have an idea"

"which is"he asks

"I need you and the guys to get all buddy buddy with Luke during the trip scope him out figure what he likes and dislikes it'll probably be a lot easier for you than it would be for me"

"That would require us to be lucky enough to get in his group"

"Luck doesn't have to have anything to do with it cause you know where they keep the list? "

"On the computer"

"Bingo!"

"And you want me to hack into it" He says while sighing

"Ding Ding Ding that is correct"

"Who else do you  want in your group?"

"Do you really have to ask that?"

"Me, Sky, Emma, and Aaron"

"Wow you just keep getting these things right you should definitely be on are you smarter than a fifth grader"

" Please don't insult my intelligence. Don't you think Luke will be kind of bummed about the fact that he's with none of his friends "

"Im sure he'll get over it"

"Ok I'll wait until I know the list has been saved and then I'll work my computer magic. "

He says as he walks down the hall .I put my books away and walk into the cafeteria and sit at my usual table with my friends.We talk and play around for a while until it is time to go to class. I go to my other 4 classes and it is not eventful.
