It's not anyone's fault for expressing emotions, but it concerns when, how, where, and for who you felt that.

Emotional feelings will always vanquish what you heard from the head. Is it true?

Then, let me ask what you would exactly do when you fought with a favourite person like they can be your friend, soul mate, sibling, or even parent.

The impact is that your day seems worst, you often get irritated, upset, started to overthink, and even get angry when you rewind the particular fight scene, showing more tantrums than normal.

Even some emotional people would start to cry, shutting their mouths from creating drama, it's something we got affected and it also affects our routine life.

Your actions show "I don't care", but in reality, you truly care for them.

It's okay to feel, like that but "when" is what matters. In that case, if you prolong your emotions of ego, anger, and ignorance built up rapidly, it badly affects the relationships.

In repetitive or elongating the fight, it leads to, satisfying the ego, causing a scratch on self-respect, trusting problems, and feeling all those true feelings given by them seem unrealistic.

Hurting & being hurt too much are the devils of your peace.

Sometimes everyone would come across such scenarios in life.

What To Do?

These feelings are especially affiliated with the person whom we care for them. It is okay to feel like that but don't leave these emotions to conquer your future.

It badly affects your mental health because we would form the mindset like "I'm like this", but actually, you are not.

Take a deep breath, know that

☝️If the person whom you fought matters to you, then you will be forgetting the absurd feelings & ready to give a new start. On the other side, they also would give you the needed time to come out of that zone.

✌If you can't handle the issues & continues, then just let it go! Because it saves your inner peace from these fighting alone on the emotional sequence.

Circumstances or reasons for a fight might differ, but the feeling is similar.

Don't let your emotions control you.
