Changbin stood in front of the huge residence, looking up in awe as it had been a while since he had seen such a beautiful house. He had arrived in the wealthy neighborhood of Seoul as the same woman from yesterday was said to live here.
The raven haired male reached out to the doorbell as a pretty yet chic sound was heard from the inside. Not long after footsteps walked down the stairs, signaling Changbin the parents were home.
A neatly dressed woman opened the front door as she wore a bright smile, though her eyes seemed nothing but bright as they rather had a stressed gloom to them."Welcome, Changbin. come inside!" The woman greeted him as she stepped aside, making Changbin bow as he did the same.
As the babysitter stepped inside, looking around the spacious home, the female spoke up again, "I don't have much time to explain everything myself since I need to go off to work. Instead, I left a letter in the kitchen with all the said things on them. My daughter is in the living room, she'll introduce herself to you."
The boy turned around to face her. "Understood," he said with a small smile as the mother then opened the front-door to exit the house.
"I'll be going now. Good luck!" Was the last thing she said as she rushed out, not even taking the time to listen to what the other had to say.
*bang*
The door had closed as Changbin let out a nervous sigh. He turned around and started walking into the house, looking around to search for the child, but unlike what her mother said, she was nowhere to be seen.
Changbin shrugged his shoulders as he caught sight of the kitchen, reminding himself to take a look at the letter the mother had left for him to read.
He looked around and noticed a small piece of paper laid down onto the counter's surface. The raven haired boy walked up to it, his leather boots making squeaking sounds as he stepped forward.
"BOO!"
"AAH!" Changbin screamed it out as he held his hand upon his heart.
'Jesus Christ,' he thought as a small girl had sprung out of the counter's drawer, trying to scare the older, and oh did she succeed. She was now giggling, holding her tummy as she was about to fall the floor from laughter.
"Ha ha, very funny." Changbin said with a huff as he rolled his eyes.
The girl looked up to him, "Hi! My name is Mina, who are you?" She said as she held her hand up for the other to give her a high-five.
'What a strange kid,' the raven haired boy thought, but he eventually returned it with a light slap to her hand.
"Hello, Mina. My name's Changbin and I'm your babysitter for today." He introduced himself as the six year old smiled up to him.
"Mommy told me you'd come! Let's go play with my dolls!" Mina exclaimed as she grabbed onto the latter's hand, dragging him towards the living room as Changbin got ahold of the letter just in time.
. . .
"Mommy, does Binnie already need to go?" Mina sulked as she pulled her mom's arm down, which of course wasn't possible since she stood on her feet strongly.
"Yes, hunny. Changbin is tired and he needs to go sleepy at home. He'll come back another time, okay?" The business woman besides her said as she looked down to her daughter, making the smallest nod her head slowly as she let loose of her hand.
Changbin was completely exhausted from the little girl's energy. She went from wanting to play with dolls, to playing tag, to hanging onto his legs, to running around the room for another time and it went on and on like this for a while. To say the babysitter was tired, was a big understatement.
"Mina will miss Binnie," the girl said as she wrapped her arms around the boy's legs, making him smile trough the exhaustion, Mina then letting go as she waved him goodbye.
Changbin walked down the porch as he grabbed onto his bike. He started to ride down the road as he was about to go towards the next, and therefor last job of the day.
It didn't take long before Changbin arrived, though he was a few tiny minutes late. He couldn't avoid entering the grocery store as he passed one. The boy was basically starving, don't blame him.
The hungry boy walked up to the door as he immediately noticed a small sticky note pasted on the floor. He carefully ripped it off and read what it said.
"We left a little earlier since the reservation got replaced. The door is unlocked and our son is upstairs in his room."
As Changbin finished reading, he instantly opened the door as he walked into the not too big house. He entered the living room, threw his leather jacket onto the floor, and in an instant grabbed onto his precious freshly bought food, letting himself fall down into the corner of the spacious couch.
Changbin felt relieved with the fact that the child he had to babysit was upstairs, probably taking a nap after dinner time.
Just when the ravanette was about to take a bite of his very own dinner, a noise was heard from upstairs.
This made Changbin realize that the boy wasn't asleep and would probably come downstairs soon, but he was too lazy to turn around and greet the boy.
He heard quick footsteps come down the stairs, which to his surprise sounded fairly heavy for just a child, as they seemed to stop midway the creaking wooden stairs.
"Who are you and why are you in my house?"
. . .
ooooh who could that be? :o
