The next morning, I woke up hearing the girls talking in the kitchen. I stretched my arms out looking around my room. The blinds was open which is weird cause I close them last night.
I got up from bed and walk towards the bathroom so I can do my hygienes. After I did my hygienes, I did my hair and put on some lipgloss. I walk out the bathroom to the living room seeing M'kai and Jocelyn cooking breakfast.
"Look who's up"Kai said while twirling around in the kitchen. The music was on lowly. Jocelyn was on the phone smiling down.
"Who she talking to?"I ask M'kai.
"Who knows and who cares"Kai said. "You going to the football game today?"
"I don't think I want to..."
M'kai smacked her lips. "Come on Leya, you have to come"—"You never came to one game"
"I know but I don't like being around a ton of people and you already know about me and Travis and people thinking we a thing......"
"Girl them bitches won't be thinking about you at that game. They gone be paying attention to either Travis or them hood niggas that's gone be there"M'kai said.
"Welp. Y'all have fun"I tried to walk back to my room but M'kai stop me.
"Helllllll no. Your coming"she grab my hand running towards her room. "We need to get you all dressed up and purrty for this party after the game"
"You serious. A game then a party"I said.
"Hellllll yeah a party. This happens after every game"Kai said. Jocelyn came in the room with a mean mug on her face.
"What's wrong?"I ask her.
"I have to go and practice for this game later on. I don't see why we have to practice if we know all the dance moves already"Jocelyn sigh heavily.
Jocelyn is a hurricanettes for the University of Miami. This white ass school have no idea how many hood rats comes here. I see a lot of the white students but in class, it's a whole different college.
"Have fun at practice then"M'kai said. "I'm bout to do Leya hair"
"What!"I turn to her looking at her stupid.
"Girl turn around so I can sew these tracks in yo head"Kai said.
"Trust me Kataleya, she do good ass hair"Jocelyn said before she left out the room and out the front door.

"Girrrrllllll, you look 10 times better"M'Kai smiled big.
"What you tryna say? I was ugly before"I put my hands on my hips.
"No girl. But yo hair was"she laughed. "Now come on, let's get dress and get the hell out this apartment"
I made my way to my room so I can pick out some clothes for the game and party. I don't wanna look like a thot but I do wanna wear something that show off my body a bit. If trey would of saw what I was bout to wear he would flip out.
"Come on Kataleya. Lemme see what you have on"M'kai said standing in the hallway. I walked out the room with my flipping my hair and posing.
"How is the outfit?"I had on black tube top that kind of looked like a bra, some shorts, my olive green jacket just in case i get cold, and my doc martens.
