jisung couldn't stop watching chan's expression as his eyes scanned the lyrics, while also listening to the new song he'd been working on for weeks. he nervously gulped at the sudden silence between them, feeling the slight tension.

he couldn't tell what he was thinking of right now, neither could he tell whether he liked it or not. as the silence grew by every second, jisung's eyes couldn't stop shaking in nervousness, already wanting to know what his opinion would be.

'just hurry up and tell me how it is!' he exclaimed inside his head, the patience growing shorter.

it wasn't until the song soon finished to which chan took the headphones off his ears, immediately turning around to face jisung with an unknown look. what could he be feeling right now? amazed? disappointed?

there were clearly no signs telling him what the older was thinking about, making jisung's face stare in anticipation and nothing else. that was when chan smiled reassuringly to which he finally let out a relieved sigh he'd been keeping inside for a few minutes already.

"it's really good! wow, i didn't know you had it in you." chan gasped in amazement with a widen smile, unable to stop playing the song in his head.

"what, really? let me listen!" changbin suddenly barged in, immediately taking the headphones from chan to listen as well.

chan stood up from the chair as he allowed the male to sit down, still facing jisung with countless questions written all over his face. "how did you come up with lyrics like these?"

he looked over to the sheet of lyrics sitting on the table, smiling widely in response at the thoughts of the younger invading his head. "i don't know really, it just came to me. before i knew it, i was writing nonstop, so many thoughts and ideas were exploding out of me. i was on fire."

the older laughed at his words, looking so pleased with everything. "you're really whipped for him aren't you? even the beats and instruments you used fit perfectly. it's almost like you're actually writing a love song for him."

jisung could suddenly feel the heat rising from his cheeks, he couldn't help but feel so embarrassed at the masterpiece he created. did it really sound so obvious that he was in love? like he actually had experienced with writing something like that?

even though it felt like he'd experienced with writing songs like that for a long time, the truth is, he'd never wrote anything like it. everything was a first, including the foreign feeling he couldn't stop feeling every time the boy came into his mind.

it was starting to affect him a lot, he was madly in love.

"does it?" jisung questioned in slight shock, blushing even harder at the thoughts of it.

he was whipped for seungmin? well, the only answer for that was, yes he was. these days, he'd been thinking about him nonstop; it was like he couldn't get it off his mind despite literally just seeing him yesterday.

he just had to see him again. no matter what.

chan just smiled in response, nodding as he patted his shoulder. "yeah, i can tell you really love him. it's pretty obvious actually, you're head over heels for him."

"oh gosh, this is embarrassing. i've never felt like this before, what do i do?" jisung answered in slight panic, instantly reaching over to touch his hot, reddened cheeks bursting out of him.

"don't worry, it's normal. it feels amazing doesn't it? to have feeling for someone." chan asked, only smiling greatly at him. jisung nodded moments later, his heart fluttering even more at the image of seungmin resting in his head.

"yeah it does, it feels exciting even when i'm nervous. it's like i wanna treasure and look forward to those moments with him." he responded when he realised something. "wait... are you sure it's good enough for me to send it over? i don't know, it may not be good enough."

chan shook his head in reassurance, attempting to assure him to which it slightly worked. "it's really good and you don't have to worry about it. it's a masterpiece actually, i've never seen anything like it before, you're a genius. just send it over and you can finally rest. you've worked really hard the past weeks anyways, in fact, i wanna take both of you somewhere."

"really? i'm glad it turned out well then. it's all thanks to seungmin, i was so stressed about it but after having all these crazy ideas about him, it worked out really well. where are we going though?" jisung unknowingly questioned, only causing chan to smile even more.

"well, since you both like horror movies, why not watch something this weekend? i can get the tickets ready for you guys and we can go out for meat and other foods. you know, just have a bro day with only the three of us." chan suggested to which jisung excitedly smiled.

"that sounds great! i'll look forward to it." he said, briefly looking over to changbin before turning his attention back to him. "and thanks for helping me out."

he smiled back moments later, giving his shoulder another pat. "i'm always here to help."

"yo jisung, this song's good. how do you do that?" both males soon turned their attention towards changbin who had just finished the song, immediately taking the headphones out.

jisung only shrugged at his question, not knowing how he did it either. was it all because of the younger that caused the song to turn out well? or was it something else? whatever it was, he couldn't stop smiling - only the feeling of satisfaction growing inside of him.

"i'm not sure, it turned out well so i'm satisfied." jisung answered with a smile.

"speaking of that guy you like, when's he coming? i wanna meet him already so i can make fun of you in front of him." changbin jokingly laughed, earning another hit on the arm.

"shut up, i don't know. he said he'll check it out when he has time, he's a busy person himself." he replied, rolling his eyes at the older's silliness.

"well, whenever he's coming, we'll give him a warm welcome." chan interrupted with a smile, not forgetting to turn around to face changbin. "oh by the way, we're gonna go somewhere in the weekend to have our bro time, are you free then?"

changbin thought for a moment when he nodded his head, giving them a reassured smile. "yeah i'm free then. what are we doing?"

"as i told jisung, we're gonna go and watch a horror movie since you both like them and just pop in for food and other stuff we can go around doing." chan explained, earning himself a satisfied nod from the male.

"sounds good to me." changbin replied before turning around to jisung with a playful smirk. "maybe you can invite your little crush over." he chuckled to which he just stared hardly at him.

"i doubt he'd wanna see your ugly ass." jisung rolled his eyes once again, causing changbin to widen his eyes in shock.

"what did you say-"

"now, now. i'm sure he's busy but if you'd like you can, i don't mind." chan stepped in as he smiled, separating the two males away from each other.

jisung sighed heavily moments later, smiling back at him. "no, it's cool. i'll let you know though."

"okay well, i'm gonna step outside for groceries. want anything?" he questioned, making both males shake their head in response. "see you later then, no fighting." was all he said before walking out of the room, just leaving the two standing there silently.

"have fun thinking about your crush." changbin eventually began with a slight laugh, lastly patting his shoulder as he walked past jisung.

he rolled his eyes again when the thoughts of seungmin rested in his head, causing him to sheepishly smile. changbin was right, he couldn't stop thinking about him no matter what; it was impossible, he was so in love with the younger.

that was when he smiled even wider, turning around as he teasingly laughed after changbin.

"at least i can rap better than you."
