Chapter 4:the dance, Ruby and sonic first kiss.

It has been months since the guys refuse to go home the guys meet Sun and Neptune and the girls were really starting to have a good connection with the boys, Ruby told her crush for sonic to her team and yang with her motherly/sisterly advice said tell him on the dance during this time both teams have dealt with torchwick and others enemies while all Ruby could do is think about the dance she began more nervous everyday it was day for the dance and Ruby was scared as hell, sonic and his team had to wear a suit and they didn't like it because it pulls on the quills the girl had dresses both teams were seating up the dance room "hi Ruby can I talk to you for a minute?" Sonic asked "um sure sonic" Ruby said in response. As they made their way outside sonic asked her to go to the dance with him she was blushing like crazy, she hug and said "yes sonic I would love to" Ruby said "hi Ruby need get something in vale" "okay" sonic boosted to vale Ruby and everyone else head back to get dress dance meanwhile sonic was in vale in jewelry store "hya I here to pick up a custom order" sonic said "ah the heart one that has 'sonic and Ruby forever' right" the store owner asked sonic nodded the owner give the box to sonic "thanks" sonic said while leaving the store.

Sonic used chaos control and got back to beacon and got enough time to change and saw the guys and team heroes made it Ruby and sonic were dancing, yang and tails was filming sonic and Ruby while they danced, meanwhile dance Blake and shadow were dancing and Weiss with silver were dancing but both teams were tired and all had some punch yang show the group sonic and Ruby dancing and some tripping however everyone laughed because Jaune was wearing a dress "hi Ruby you wanna go for a walk" "sure sonic" the two were sitting on a bench looking at the broken moon "hi sonic there's something I have been meaning to tell you" Ruby said while blushing and getting nervous, sonic look at Ruby and was blushing as well "what's that?" Sonic asked. "Well ever since I first saw you I feel something and then every time you do something funny or heroic it makes my heart skip a beat......what I'm trying say is I love you sonic" Ruby said and close her eyes "I love you too Ruby" sonic respond and Ruby gasp "here Ruby I've got you something" sonic gave Ruby a box and she open it was a blue sapphire heart that had 'sonic and Ruby forever' "sonic it's beautiful" Ruby put necklace "it's nothing Rub-" sonic couldn't finish he found himself kissing Ruby and kissed her back "aw look at that my little sister finally kissed her crush" yang said the others were their sonic and Ruby broke apart and was blush like hell until the guys sensed evil energy and saw in the build someone was up there and guy rushed over and so did the girls, on the way the girl got their weapons and guys got out of their suits and both team rushed to the main computer room they saw a girl wearing mask "um miss it's not a mask dance so plea-" Ruby was interrupted by the women shooting a fireball sonic fired an Energy ball to stop the attack, shadow and sonic rush to women but got in each other's way "really sonic even you still haggling all action" shadow shouted "relax shadow it was a mistake if you want to her fine, just stop blaming me for everything" sonic replied.

After sonic said that shadow was taken back and the girl knocked the guys back Ruby rushed to sonic and the girl shot an arrow at her but sonic used his speed and caught the arrow however as ironwood enter everyone look to see the girl was gone "nice job sonic she gone" shadow blamed sonic "shadow please this isn't sonic fault please let's look at the posti ahh" shadow slapped Ruby Royal pissing off sonic, sonic ran a grab shadow by throat and start to choking him "THAT WAS THE LAST MISTAKE YOU'RE GONNA MAKE" sonic said with rage in his voice Ruby was crying yang, tails, silver and Weiss comforting her but Blake was trying to help shadow "look sonic I'm not happy about shadow slapping Ruby but please you start relationship with her and instead of comforting her your killing shadow please your not a killer your someone just fell in love and you don't want to break Ruby heart do you?" Blake asked with sonic calming down and slowly releasing his grip on shadow, shadow was looking at sonic with fear in his eyes this was the first time shadow was scared of sonic because he thought he was gonna kill him, sonic walk over to Ruby and hugged her she hugged back and he stroked her hair slowly.

Tails, yang, silver and Weiss explained everything to ironwood and he understood mean the two teams went back except shadow and Blake who was talking it out but the two saw the team head towards them "Ruby I'm sorry I slapped you" Ruby smiled and everyone (except sonic) was smiling at shadow "I forgive you" Ruby said "yeah" the two yellows and silvers said. But sonic was looking at shadow with intention to kill "look sonic I'm sorry for what I did and I'm was wrong to blame you for everything it just my pride blinded me and I just want to prove I'm better than you but your better me because your reason to fight is stronger" shadow said sonic walk up and put his hand on shadow shoulder "look shadow I have no problem forgiven you but please understand that you give yourself enough credit because we're rivals and that its a power lock with work against each other but if work as a team that lock will be broke and we will give each other strength and not just us but tails and silver will gain more as well so for now on we not rivals anymore, me, you, tails and silver are a true team okay" sonic speeches they guys nodded and girls were happy both team went to get some sleep.
