The Police Station

I woke up to the agonizing sound of my alarm clock on my phone I quickly shut it off in hopes of maybe getting at least another minute of sleep in. knock knock... in walks my father.
So much for that extra minute of sleep, "time to get up kiddo I've got a shift today at the station are you gonna come in after school?" he asked "ummm yeah I guess it's not like I have anything else to do." I said pitiful. "come on kid what's up with you we've lived here forever and you haven't managed up a single friend..." I know he felt bad for me and just wanted me to have something in common with someone other then him but, the truth was I just don't really get along with people my age.
nobody thinks what I think...
(aha see what i did there) (a/n: i wrote this last year and i have no recollection of what this reference is from)
"yeah I know I try dad but I'm just not really good at it ya know." I replied "yeah I guess well you better get ready before your late." "mhm" i said. After he left I got ready and grabbed my bag and was on my way.
As I left the house I noticed my neighbor Jacob Barber. God he was cute. omg eww I sound like I have emotions anyway... Me and Jacob had never talked even though we'd been neighbors since forever but I always admired him his good looks and a good heart. (ughhhh this is soo effing cheesey)
I watched him as he walked ahead of me i'm such a stalker oml. We go to the same school so we usually walk the same way except he takes a route through the park and not me.
